Disappointing
Light bulbs was missing and room was very dark. There was not iron in the room and staff was not able to provide one. Only one they had wasn’t working.

Hospitality, people were very friendly, the location was great! Language was not a barrier!
The only thing that surprised us at the arrival that there was no lift.

The staff was exceptional, always willing to help and assist us with questions and requests. Also, it doesn’t hurt that it’s easy to travel around Izmir from this location. Restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance and open until 22:00, some of the restaurants until 02:00 in the morning.
I was pretty happy with the property.

Several places for breakfast in 10 minutes walking distance. Staff recommended Zeynel Ergin Gevrek Fırını and Alsancak Dostlar Fırını and they were total 10/10 places.
Kıbrıs Şehitleri Cd. street is just a few minutes walk from hotel and has coffee/food places, grocery/cosmetics etc. stores.
When it comes to public transport there is Alsancak train station close by (direct ADB airport connection). Tram stop is next to the station. Walking to/from station was safe.
There was a fridge in the room.
AC unit is next to the windows, but we did not used it.
Someone complained that staff does not know English. Some people do, some does not. We managed to communicate with them.
Wi-Fi was quite slow. But was available in room which is not always granted.
Shower head needed replacing (but was done by staff as they were in a middle of renovations).

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is very near the main shopping street and near the ferry with which to cross the bay or you can use the nearby train or tram. The room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you Erkut, Ali and Çiğdem. I do hope to see you again.

We didn’t feel safe just. The street was full of people who is drinking all night long and scream. We immediately changed our location. If you came izmir first time it’s better to choose another side of city. Location is near to train station. Only thing that we loved about that hotel. And hotel price was not good for hotel and location.

The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is also very close to the seaside promenade and the train station.

Great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly, always available to help book taxis or activities. Beds were comfy

This is my third stay and review with my stay at this hotel, and for a good reason!
The price is really affordable, the staff is nice, the hotel is clean and the location is very close to the shopping district and the wonderful park.
We even gotten a room upgrade by the owner/manager Mr. Erkut, that offered us after we asked if we could have a softer mattress!
If you are looking for hotel near the shopping district, then you must give this location a try :)

Erkut at reception was super friendly and helped with our tours and advice on transport. The location was great too
No elevator and we had to climb 3 floors with baggage. The Internet was very slow

The owner/receptionist went above and beyond to go out of their way to help us with everything we needed. The location is a PRIME spot, right in the middle of everything. I cant thank the owners enough for making our stay so comfortable.
The bathroom sink had a leak in it but was manageable.
