Wonderful
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was organized perfectly.
The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Their hospitality really made the stay special.
The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Excellent stay. The staff was professional, and always willing to help, making the experience of staying in the hotel feel better. The hotel is very well maintained, and my room was good. Hotel was great. I had a lovely stay at the hotel and Tolga was a true gentleman and a very helpful and considerate member of staff. Hotel room was quite clean, breakfast was delicious with enough to choose from and the location is just perfect. I want to come to Izmir more from Denmark probaly in Summer time this is the hotel I will choose.

I am very satisfied with my decision to book this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located just outside Alsancak station, making it an easy train ride from the airport. The breakfast offered is of excellent quality. Wi-Fi connectivity is reliable. The staff members are welcoming and friendly. The bed is quite comfortable. The hotel maintains a high standard of cleanliness.There are numerous restaurants in the area around. Local attractions are within walking distance. It is situated close to the seafront, although there is no beach in Izmir! If you plan to take day trips to Cesme, Efesus, or Pamukkale, local tour operators provide pick-up and drop-off services from this location
staff is generally good but I had a problem with going to Ephesus and the morning person didn't help me because I guess he could not speak clearly but his manager swiftly took over the situation and helped me immediately.

Everything was good about my stay. I am coming to Izmir for work and if I come again I would definitely stay in this hotel. My room was cleaned very well and it was smelling great. Hotel location is good. The service was the best part of the stay, followed by the location and the breakfast. Thanks to everyone working at this hotel and I hope they keep up with the good work.
I didn't pay much for my stay but when I wanted to stay on Saturday they asked for almost double the price telling me that they are already full on the weekend.

I was left with the warmest and most pleasant impressions from staying at this hotel. Cleanliness, coziness, comfort, and attention to detail.

The location is near to the busiest street in town. I wish I could have sea view but I guess the hotels with sea view are more expensive. They upgraded my room and gave me a fruit bowl, that was very generous. My room was very clean and it was smelling great. The break was free, it is an open buffet. The food was clean, there was many to choose from and everything was tasty. The hotel is very well managed the staff is attentive. In general I liked Riva Hotel Alsancak and İzmir.
I asked for a cappuccino in the breakfast, they said their coffee machine only does filter coffee. That was ok.

I like that breakfast was included and the breakfast was great. The hotel was quite clean, modern and classy. It was located very close to the izban metro station, everything else was close. Also walking distance to Central square. I felt safe throughout the trip and I liked the room and it was a nice stay.

I really liked this hotel because of it's location, cleanliness and the professional staff. I also bought the breakfast as an extra and enjoyed it. The hotel is very modern and well managed. My room was clean. The location of the hotel is just perfect, it is very close to the main street of Izmir but it's in a quiet street so you can sleep comfortably. Staff is very helpful. In short It was a wonderful stay in Izmir. I want to thank Mr Tolga for his extra care and attention. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

The staff were very nice. They offered to upgrade me for free since they had an open room! I didn’t end up taking it since I didn’t want to move my stuff but nice of them to offer. Also, my key stopped working and they fixed it immediately.
The shower overflowed easily if you didnt have it on the low setting. Also room kind of smelled at first. Overall decent though.

Comfortable location, good-size room with kitchen, and wide bathroom.
Shower head broken, water in the sink is clogged, air conditioner works questionably. After the workers who were smth fixed next to the door, garbage was thrown around in the room all the time, even though the hotel maid was in the room.

The location is excellent, right in the city center, with easy access to all main attractions. The price is also very good for the area, making it a great value overall.
The room wasn’t cleaned for three days despite our requests, and we had to ask several times for fresh towels. We booked a king-size bed but received two single beds joined together. The air-conditioning couldn’t be adjusted and was always very cold. At night, some noise from other rooms and outside could be heard.

Good location
They say daily housecleaning but they never cleaned our room once during our 5 night stay. This is not a problem normally if we are expecting it, but they kept promising to come each day and never did. While breakfast is fine, we often had to ask for coffee when the pot ran out (and we always arrived early, not at the end of the breakfast period). Again, no big deal, but it is little details (and there were several more like lights that didn’t work in the room, a constantly dripping water valve in our bathroom that created a constant pool of water on the bathroom floor. I mentioned it to the manager, but it never got fixed) and the lack of attention to them that made our stay “just ok and not great”

Great location, close walk to the beachfront, a Migros, and a multitude of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs. The street outside hosted a farmers market on the Sunday we were there.
Izmir was a fantastic location for our day-trip to visit historical Ephesus and picturesque Kusadasi.
For the runners visiting Alsancak, there is a fantastic beachfront promenade in addition to cycle paths straddled with play areas for kids.
Lack of onsite parking, but you can pay to park at a place nearby. The self-catering unit was reasonably limited. The accessible and well stocked mini-bar was overly enticing to our 3 year old.
