Clean and spacious, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, comfortable bed, great WiFi, no problems with cooling or heating, quiet street, nearby food spots, short walk to supermarkets, Basmane station and bazaar. Had great stay, will gladly return.

The host Cagri, was very helpful and eager to please.
Access to the property and parking was clearly communicated.
Note, this is a traditional part of town, with neighborhood shops and bakeries, overall the location is nice and central, safe and about 15 minutes walk to the sea front. The parking is a few doors down though the street is a little narrow. Comfortable and clean, apartment has washing machine.
The property was a good choice for our family of five.

Very comfortable and quiet apartment on the side road with two comfy bedrooms (a double bed and two single beds). Basic kitchen with electric cooker, washing machine (powder included unlike some properties)
5 minutes walk to metro and busses( 30 minutes walk to town centre) Restaurants are a few minutes walk from accommodation

This was a great apartment in Izmir. The host was wonderful and very responsive to every question. The apartment had everything we needed - we didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed to have everything one would need to prepare a simple meal. There were a few take away restaurants nearby, but most of the shops and restaurants were either a bit of a walk or transit away (which we didn’t mind). There was a great little bakery very close where we bought breakfast every day. The bed was not extremely comfortable, but it was fine for a rental apartment. Overall, we would definitely recommend this apartment!

Clean, quiet neighborhood, clean and large apartment, kitchen with basic cooking equipment, though we didn't use it. The apartment is too dark in the evening ，especially in kitchen area，it may can be solved in the future ．There is a very good bakery just down the alley. The landlord was very helpful，providing us lots information and help to solve some my problems when I purchased museum pass on line

Very big space and nice house, the owner was very nice upgraded a big room for us. Easy to connect with owner with WhatsApp. 12min walk to train station and 15min walk to Izban which go to the airport.
