Wonderful
It’s the Best Best western I’ve stayed at. Restaurant, small bar.. nice entryway. Room was spacious, w mini bar and fridge.

The room was ok but next to highway, so I couldnt open the window to take some fresh air
Food at breakfast wasnt fresh, once you enter the room you can smell unpleasant smell from drainage. If you pay via Booking they dont want to issue an invoice, it was so stressed so I had to call Booking in UK which costed me a lot.

Close to the mal shopping center
not very good food at the restaurant, they couldent make two each pizzas. noice from the big high way, some fitness machines dident work. prebooked for long time and some of my collegues ended their stay 10 days before, and they couldent get money back , bad service, the hotel took all money from start. wer prefer another hote next time.

There is no air conditioning.. There is a problem with the doors not opening due to a defect in the system.. The facilities are not clean, such as the towel and the bathroom.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. Not many of the staff spoke English so this made it difficult to communicate. The food was OK but not marvellous.
The spa only gave massages, no facials or other treatments. Food orders were wrong often due to a language barrier.

it was clean with all basic room provisions for the guest. Nice breakfast !
I checked-in to my room, at midday, while my wife would leave the city at 17.00 for business responsibilities. Dispite the fact that we had already arranged with the concierge for a taxi to drive her to the airport at 15.30, the stuff did not let her come to the room for this 2,5 hours period to rest, to fresh-up, etc. First time experience thoughout my traveling life, to let the wife of a freshly arrived customer to sit at the lobby for 2,5 hours.

You can’t beat turkish breakfast and having breakfast in the garden was a very nice experience. Also very good turkish hamam.
It smelled like cigarette smoke all over the hotel, not ideal for families with children. The pillows and beds were not very comfortable. Also there are many cats in the garden, i consider myself to be an animal lover, still there were many of them running over the tables at breakfast time , again not ideal for hygiene and allergies. The hotel is worn out, even though it’s relatively new.
