The property is located within 10 minutes walking distance from Basmane subway/metro station. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and tidy.
Rooms are small, and walls are thin.

Location was good, close to park and about 20-30 min walk to restaurants/ museum. Hotel has restaurant so that is helpful if you don't want to venture out in the evening.
Hotel was good and price/quality is also fine but we did not know in advance it was hub for dental clinic / cosmetic surgery. Difficult to miss when you enter the hotel with big banner on surgery options and people asking you if you are waiting for the clinic van when you sit down in the lobby. The vibe was unexpected, as long as you know in advance I guess that's OK but this hotel did not give us a holiday feeling (but nothing wrong with the facilities, all clean and modern so really depends what you are looking for)

Central location
Noise at midnight in then hall, moving many suitcases. We were woken up by hotel staff at 02:30 because of fire alarm and asking if we were smoking. We were sleeping.
