Beachside Low key location
The property requires an upgrade as the facilities are rundown and are not reflective of a five star resort
In our observation the resort reflects 3 and not 5 due to above comments
Some inside facilities were closed and we wondered if the hotel closes over the winter

Its hard to say?!
1) This is closer to a low quality 3 star hotel than a 5 star hotel. When were the glory days?
2) Very few people spoke a intermediate level of English.
3) The carpet in the rooms were full of spots!
4) painting of walls and ceiling was an interesting patchwork.
5) The hotel seems to be a like going through a maze to find what you need!
6) 5 star hotel and instant coffee ???
7) the hotel need serious overdue renovation(s) in every department!
8) Breakfast was better in a 3 star hotel!
If you have been to othe hotels in Turkey with breakfast included, be prepared for the rude awakening!
9) The management seems to be clueless about what star ratings represent!

Sea and beach
First, in July someone tried to charge my credit card before we arrive to hotel and I reported case to booking. They only apologised.
Is not 5 star hotel:
WiFi doesnt work
Reception and other service people dont speak English. Only cleaning Lady understood us.
Room: communistic old bedroom,carpet dirty with burnt cigarette holes, bathroom very old fashioned, no garden view, no proper seating area in room, minibar which was included in description. Previous guests smoked in this room.
Communal areas are old and dirty. People smoke everywhere including rooms and beach, community areas.
Beach dirty, full of rubbish and cigarette. Outside showers absolutely disgusting. Horrible smell.
We were not allowed to bring own food to hotel including fruits. Bags were checked by security.
Drinking water is limited - 2 small bottles per day but you cant bring from outside shop your water (nonsense)
Small parking, gentlemen told us to leave car on the side of front parking. That is not even parking space.
Garden in front of hotel is very messy
We didnt know from where get beach towels.
For breakfast no fruit, juice was a fizzy drink, horrible coffee and cheap ham. Every day the same breakfast.
Every night, till late hours music and guests of bar were loud. Half of the night security talked loudly under our window so we could not sleep. Absolutely they are not discreet.
Only cleaning Lady was professional, kind and understood English better than reception and other staff.
I dont recommend that hotel and booking didnt do anything when I reported hotel during our visit.

The swimming pool. Two large outside pools, one with two slides, one small baby outside pool.
One large indoor pool, jacuzzi ,sauna, large rooms
The beach, full of shells in the sand, and sewage smell in the beach, I think there are a few large iron sewage man holes where the foul smell comes from.

The swimming pool facility , the rooms was big and nice
First the beach is not clean we did not swim in it, second they close the pool area at 6 pm

great location, nothing else!
the rooms are wasted. the staff does not speak any language except turkish. NO wifi at all! the pools are dirty. the breakfast is poor. there are not enough places on the beach.
