Convenient location not far from the city center, right on the seashore with its own beach, private parking, and a decent breakfast.
The cheap rooms are too cramped.

Hotel is across the promenade from the sea
Location, the hotel is NOT located in Fethiye. It is in Calis beach, almost at the end of promenade. Driving to Fethiye can be one hour and not because of the distance but the roadwork and traffic. And then you have to find the parking.

On the day of our arrival, the receptionist called us to say that he had to cancel our reservation because our room was under renovation. He offered us accommodation in another hotel instead. Finally, upon arriving at the place, he claimed that everything was solved and gave us the keys to the room. An hour later, a man wearing a respirator knocked on our room and holding an insect exterminator, probably a pest control device. He didn't speak English, we didn't let him into the room because it would be impossible to breathe in it and our things would be sprayed with poison. No one explained anything to us, luckily no insects appeared during one night.
The whole situation was strange.
The hotel has thin walls, you can hear noise from the next rooms and the corridor. The bathroom smells of sewage.

The location The hotel has a great location right on the beach and on one of the best beaches in Fethiye. In front of the hotel is a wide beach for jogging and walking, with many cafes and restaurants. I was at the wrong time for swimming, but if you choose the right time, the beach is great for swimming. The breakfast is great in general, the restaurant's food and drinks are good with suitable prices, with 10% discount for hotel residents. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
WiFi is in the rooms very slow but in the restaurant is good. Also, the derinage in the shower is very bad.

Air cod temperamental and barely heated room,
Room is dated and tired,
Shower was cold fist day
When we asked second day was told they forgot to turn heating for water.

The room #11 is extremely noisy. It sounds like some hotel-kitchen fridges are exactly near the wall of the room. It is very difficult to sleep.

- absolutely no soundproofing, you can hear every word of your neighbour thought the door and via the bathroom vents
- weird smell in the corridor that was creeping into the room
- Russian tourists in the next room were smoking and the smoke was noticeable in our room due to big gaps in all doors
