The hotel is very clean, well designed and well maintained. Same goes for the room and the toilet. The small balcony with bougainvilleas all around was a bonus for chilling out in the evening. 5 minutes drive from the Çalış beach and many restaurants. The swimming pool and garden were clean and well-kept. The owner is a vivacious and pleasant lady.
When we gave our clothes for laundry, it was washed and dried well but not ironed. Wish we were informed beforehand.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at Ten Apart Hotel with our family friends, booking five rooms from 16th to 23rd August. The entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and memorable.
✅ Location: Perfectly situated—peaceful yet close to everything. It was easy to get around and explore Fethiye.
✅ Cleanliness: The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. Very impressed with the upkeep!
✅ Breakfast: While the breakfast spread is limited, it’s more than sufficient for a light, fresh start to the day—and at €7 per person, it’s excellent value.
✅ Hospitality: Special thanks to Nesrin, the owner—a wonderfully warm and hospitable lady who made us feel truly welcome. Her presence added a personal touch to our stay.
✅ Pool: The pool may be small, but it’s just the right size for a refreshing dip. Clean and never overcrowded.
✅ Extras: They also own Doc Coffee, a charming little café nearby where we enjoyed great coffee and breakfast on a couple of relaxing mornings.
Nothing all good but if I’m forced to pick on something it will be bathroom needs refurbishing (214) but it’s ok in its current form too.

The swimming pool is a plus. The room was clean and had a small terrace. It was very easy to park outside. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was a bit tight for 4 people with 4 suitcases.

Ten Apart Hotel is outstanding. The complex consists out of two buildings with apartments with the pool in the middle. There is a small restaurant, where they offer an okay breakfast for 5€. The breakfast is simple, but delicious. And honestly great value for what you pay. There is also a small bar area besides the pool where you can get some drinks during the day for a fair price. The entire complex, buildings and the pool, is beautiful. There is lots of vegetation and vibrant flowers.
The pool is large and clean. Shallow end is 1.5m deep, while the deep end is 2m. There is more than enough sun-beds and seating area around the pool.
The apartment itself is great too. It’s spacious, it has two terraces. All the amenities that you would need are provided. Everything is very clean and orderly. You can get beach/pool towels from reception free to use, with a deposit of 2€, which is great. There is also bike rental at the reception.
The staff of Ten Apart Hotel is polite, friendly and helpful. They speak English well. And they are always around to help.
In front of the building there are a few parking spots. But there is also a lot of free street parking all around, so parking is not a problem. The location of the apart hotel is good. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 min walk away from the beach, and 10 min drive to the city centre. A local grocery store is also 5 min walk away.
Overall, I highly recommend Ten Apart Hotel for you stay in Fethiye.

The property is beautiful, well-maintained with gorgeous gardens and pool! Our room was immaculate, our breakfast was traditional Turkish foods. Our hosts were warm and welcoming, and their referral for an evening meal was the best, Efendi, for fresh fish.

Amazing home-base apartment—spotless and comfortable. And the manager was excellent. Right on the metro line.
It’s in a gritty urban area. I travel solo and I wasn’t “afraid”, exactly. And, obviously the host has no control the outdoor troubles. But, I used my higher caution level on some of the streets in the area. You need to be comfortable around some of the unhoused and troubled areas that ALL of our cities have. Just be aware.

The room was spacious, and the price was very reasonable. Staff were really friendly and accommodating, there is a cafe for breakfast in the hotel where they provide a buffet for reasonable price, and it was quite good. Hotel had a beach within walking distance. WE stayed here for only one night, staff were also able to store our luggage when we requested them.
The washroom floors were a bit slippery.

The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable.
The crockery and cutlery were a hotchpotch of styles, shapes and sizes. There were 5 different styles of tablespoons, numerous differing plate and dish shapes. Cups were also mismatched. Toaster was not used as its appearance left a lot to be desired. Non of this spoiled our holiday but let the apartment down. A few lira spent on little things could raise the score.

Location great, accommodated our requirements for a ground floor apartment, very good facilities, very lovely pool, staff very pleasant, rooms cleaned every couple of days, bins cleared every day.
Lack of umbrellas by pool, pool could be heated, was not advised of 12 apartments being built next door, so lots of noise during our stay, drilling, grinding, banging, shouting, so not as relaxing as we had hoped, would not have chosen to stay if we had known this, but that said, would return when no building works taking place.
