Pleasant
Very spacious for the price. Several toilets and bathrooms.
Swarms of insects, ants inside the building. Occasional spiders and webs inside. Rusty and noisy washing machine, though functional.

Great location, plenty of space for our group and in most parts the villa was clean & tidy. Aircon worked really well & WiFi was strong/ quick on ground floor & 1st floor. The complex was great, the bar staff are brilliant, this was the highlight of the holiday. We have stayed before and the guys do not disappoint.
The property was not secure, 1st & 2nd floor doors could not lock, so open throughout our stay (Aqua management said we have not had any theft in 5 years so don’t worry, but they can’t promise this would not happen). No safe as stated, Aqua management said they would organise one but didn’t. Kitchen cupboard broken (fixed when reported) and door paint quite worn. Main bathroom toilet not working (fixed when reported). Bathroom grouting quite black, needs a good clean / freshen up. Garden slightly over grown, which meant pool got quite dirty daily. The grass was very patchy with some Astro turf poorly layed over, didn’t look good. WiFi didn’t work on 2nd floor.

This apartment complex exceeded our expectation - the villa was big and recently renovated, the staff was very attentive (we had an issue with boiler, they came 10 mins after we came to reception). There was a barbecue and pool, both had excellent conditions. Beach is 1 min away. Big Migros 10 mins away on car (smaller supermarkets available around + 1 small shop on the territory of apartments).
There could be more towels (e.g. there were no beach towels). Location is a bit far from the city, so take this into account and ideally have a car (but there are also taxi options available). Sun beds could be a bit renewed (some of them were broken). Lastly, there were no washing machine tabs or toilet supplies - we had to buy everything in supermarkets around.

Great sea view, a bit far from the main strip but I think that was reflected in the price. Staff were friendly. Apartment was right next to the beach. We went in early September and there was no issue with sunbed availability/pool overcrowding. Pool was clean and we were no hassled for bringing our own food and drinks to the pool and bar area.
The apartment stank of cigarette smoke when we arrived and the floor was dirty. The Aircon in top floor room was so loud it couldn't be left on whilst sleeping. The curtains in this room also wouldn't close properly, this letting light in. The umbrella for the balcony was broken also, rendering the balcony useless for much of the day as it was so hot.

Location was amazing. Sea view and 2 minute walk to the beach. Lovely swimming pools at the resort and everything clean and tidy. We needed additional towels and they were delivered in minutes. Great service.
The kitchen could have been equipment with a few more basics - But only because we ate at the apartment quite a bit we missed a few things (Like a bottle opener :) )
But - nothing to ruin our stay at all

Close to bus stop. Shop and cafe on site. 5 pools. Staff very helpful.
The air con did not work very well in the lounge and in 1 of the bedrooms. Not enough cushions for sunbeds.

We didnt have breakfast.
Staff could be a bit more hospitable. Could’ve probably squeezed in a prettier room somewhere in the hotel as most of it was vacant regardless.
The pictures did not match reality and that was most disappointing.

The apartment we were given on arrival was not good, it was situated opposite a factory that had big funnels blasting out air all day and night. We therefore paid to upgrade to a 2 bed duplex on the 1st floor overlooking the swimming pool which was perfect and very well equipped.
I needed a blanket as felt cold the first night but the office closed straight after we arrived at 5:30pm, they supplied me with one on the 2nd day. The first apartment had a shower with doors that didn’t close properly, the bed head wasn’t attached and it felt neglected. There was also no safe. This is why we paid for an upgrade.
