The location is very convenient. The local bus stops at the front of the apartment. We can see the marina from our big window on the second floor unit (many stairs to go up especially with heavy suitcases). We stayed only for a night before flying home from DLM. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There's a kitchen, and supplies that you can prepare food. They gave us 2 small water bottles. The check in was easy. They gave us the door code to the building and the key was left on our door.
In Turkey, people don't use top sheet for bed but just the duvet. We like to sleep with a top sheet, as the blanket / duvet is too thick and we wake up all sweaty.
Beware that this apartment is on the main road and quite busy and since the windows are not seal well, you can hear car noise all day/night and very loud music since many clubs right around the corner here start around 11 p.m. and go until dawn!
This unit has an electric plastic tea kettle that we were afraid to use, because plasticizer chemicals are known to leech from these, and are a health hazard. The AC filters were filthy and caked! We always check filters when we travel. Most places don't clean them often enough (if ever)

Location. Close to the port where I was catching a ferry. Good restaurants nearby.

It is a nice little apartment at the marina. Location is unbeatable. Mustafa is a very responsive host.
It can be little noisy after midnight and early morning as everyone is coming there to have fun. But it is not necessarily a negative thing.

Location---across the street from the waterfront. Well equipped kitchen.
The number of stairs to reach the apartment. Wifi almost unusable as the signal dropped or would not connect on several occasions. Although clean overall, some better attention could be given to cleaning the not so obvious places.

This was our second stay at Kordon. Mustafa was very helpful with locating the minibus to the unit and holding our bags while we hiked the Lycian Way. The room was clean and very comfortable with an amazing view of the harbor. We wish we could have stayed longer and we would definitely stay there again!

Great location and views from the apartment which was spacious.
Dirty windows (spoiling the view). We broke a wine glass on the tiled floor and there was nothing to sweep up with so this was a big problem. Would be great to have a sweeping brush supplied.

Mustafa was a very kind and responsive host. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We had an amazing view of the harbor over the marina. There were a lot of delicious restaurants around the place. We will stay again!

All was perfect from my arrival to my departure. The host, Mustafa Bey is very helpful and very kind. He helped me with all I needed from extending my stay to buying a ticket for me online. My reservation in kordon appart was for 3 nights but I stayed more( from 25th December to 1st January). I felt like at home there.
Mesut bey, the receptionist was also very helpful and kind. He gave me answers to all my questions
Kordon appart is close to everything in city center of Fethiye. No need to take a bus or a taxi only for some places. Marina is in front of the hotel, the supermarket " Migros" is at 5 minutes from there. Cafes , restaurants and shops are all very close to the hotel..
Finally, I want to tell to Mustafa Bey and Mesut bey : thank you for everything. I will come again there inshallah.
