It was clean.
There was a lot of noise within the hotel, there was one sheet on the bed that did not reach the top of the bed (which was frankly odd), the pillows were uncomfortable, and there was no conditioner in the shower.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, and the room and hotel were spotless and well prepared. Most importantly, the owner and his family were incredibly hospitable, making our stay very comfortable. I truly enjoyed staying at this family-run establishment and would definitely return if I visit Fethiye again.

Outstanding family staff that will do everything for you to enjoy your stay. Cleaning woman was adorable and did everything she could to avoid disturbing our schedules. Calm sea + mountains view was amazing. Pool was free enough to relax at day. We definitely did a good choice with this hostel. Thank you for everything and for the special bread delivery !
Our room was just above the restaurant which get a bit noisy at evening when everyone is out, and quite repetitive music. Since we don't like air conditioning we had to keep the window open, but then heard about people talking or dogs barfing during the night. Before it gets busy we could enjoy the waves sound then it only happened in the early morning, sadly. If you go to bed very late or have no issue with closing door and air conditioning then all good.

Great location on the seafront, friendly and hospitable staff, clean, cozy and well equipped apartments, stylish and renovated hotel, nice backyard swimming pool, amazing restaurant on the ground floor providing discount for the hotel guests
Everything was great, we had one insignificant issue with check in, but owners kindly resolved it upgrading our room type without any charges

Excellent location on the promenade, minutes away from bus stop to Fethiye, next to taxi rank and 10 minutes to water taxi.
Many restaurants on your door step to choose from.
The owners are very friendly and helpful.
Our suite had two balconies, one was shaded which was good if it got too hot.
Unfortunately the grounds beyond the perimeter of the hotel are unkempt and run down, so rooms at the back do not have a great view.

The apartment was equipped with all the little things that can enable a comfortable stay, including a nice washing machine. The balcony facing the sea offers lovely sunsets and it was a great plus. The location is great, with cafè, restaurants and bars. The beach (not the best in the area) is just across the road.
The wardrobe in the bedroom wasn't very handy. The cleaning is performed every 3 or 4 days, so you may need to wipe yourself the sand off the floors in between.

We have just returned from this hotel and have promised that we will return next year. We opted for bed and breakfast which was a Turkish breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed.
The staff are fabulous and helped make our stay so good. The hotel is perfectly located on a beautiful prom and we experienced some fabulous sunsets.

It was a brilliant location for us situated right opposite the beach. Our suite was fantastic with 2 balconies. One overlooking the pool and the other with a view of the sea. It’s Furnished really nice with all that you could need. Modern unfussy large suite and the bed was so comfortable. The pool area is lovely with the whole area spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel. All the staff were very helpful. We used the restaurant twice on our trip for dinner as the food was very good. Everyone loved the huge fresh Turkish breakfast which is served to your table.
I didn’t have any negatives at all.

The staff was nice and open to help any doubt. The soace of the room was comfortable.
The cleanliness of the room, specially the couch. Breakfast was not what we expected at all. Maintenance could be much better, the hotel is not fancy at all. The towels where very old, definitely not what you want to get in a hotel.

Location, very friendly staff and good breakfast.
Sections of the room appeared unfinished with some exposed wiring and a hole in the wall behind the TV. Gave what was a nice room a slightly amateur finish to it.

Clean and modern accommodation. Great location. Fresh towels and cleaning when needed was a nice addition
No basics provided. Would have been good to have bottled water, or welcome pack on arrival detergent for washing machine would be helpful. Cost of property was very high so expected
