We were upgraded to the Villa, and it had everything we needed, and very clean, Staff were lovely.
Beds were comfortable, very large living room and kitchen. Would stay again.

This is my second visit and the boss and his wife was as I remembered them from 3 years ago. Told me where the market was but distance is not an exact science lol I also meet up with another fellow traveler and his wife from 3 years ago who was telling it how it is!
The only thing I struggled with and it's not hotel related was the drains as part of the dropped kerbs they need a grid over them to stop the wheels of scooters and wheelchairs getting stuck in them.

Staff very helpful and friendly, always welcoming us rooms clean and comfortable

Quiet location. Only 5 minute walk to the beach. Shops nearby. Very nice staff and the pool was nice and refreshing . Great prices for food and drinks at the property. Liked having the apartment for ease of self reliance

The only good thing about the hotel was its location. Although it was far from Fethiye center, it was close to Çalış beach and there were nice pubs around. There was plenty of space in the area to park the car.
First of all, I made my reservation 5 months in advance. When I booked, I messaged the hotel and requested one of my rooms to be on the ground floor and the other on the second floor. They confirmed this with me. However, on the day we arrived at the hotel, they told me there were no available rooms on the second floor and directed me to the third floor. Yet, I had informed them about my disability. Even though they saw me with crutches, they didn’t help me. They falsely told me that they would move me downstairs in the following days. I then asked them to reserve a room for me as soon as other guests checked out, but the receptionist, smiling, said that this was impossible. Later, when the hotel owner spoke to the receptionist, he asked whether she had given me a room upstairs or not. This was completely unethical.
In addition, the breakfast was terrible — leftover eggs, pastries, tomatoes, etc. from the previous days. Everything was of very poor quality and the menu was the same every day. Furthermore, room cleaning was nonexistent. Everything was dusty and dirty. The room conditions were awful: the WiFi didn’t work, the tap was broken, and the sink was clogged. The rooms were not maintained at all. The hotel pool was never cleaned, filled with scale and algae. This is not how a hotel should be run.

Good location, good breakfast, nice pool with pool towel. A lot of street parking in front of the hotel. Overall, even with the few negative we would go back again.
He had a room at last level. The drawer is blocking the access to the other twin bed. It should be on the other wall. Very small balcony (+-24 inches wide) with the pool from the hotel beside.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and service minded. We had food at the hotel which was also good and very good value.
Very close walk to supermarket, restaurants and Calis beach. We loved it.

10min walk away from the beach, with plenty of restaurants reachable; quiet and safe district
Very outdated facilities, particularly the bathroom — toilet cap cannot be closed, open-air shower because of no ventilation system…Also, the pool wasn’t that clean to try

Wonderful
1) Excellent value for money!
2) great location close to the beach, cafes and restaurants, and at the same time very quiet. Also only 10 mins walk to a local farmers' market on Sundays with great quality and great prices. 10 mins walk to a boat that takes on a picturesque trip to the city centre.
3) very friendly and helpful staff, English speaking too
4) a small kitchen which made the whole difference for me being a vegetarian - not the easiest in Turkey with its heavy meat-oriented cuisine.
1) Wifi could have been better. especially in the evenings
2) The walls are pretty thin and you can hear a lot from the other rooms. But I think it is a common thing in Turkey, not just this hotel

good price, was here for a night to visit and stayed here with 2 other friends and we shared a room
no elevator so you'd be taking your luggage up the stairs, the staff will help too! if you have a heavy luggage it might be harder to carry, the reception helped my friends carry up, but on the way down in the morning the next day they were on their own (we did check out early in the morning). wifi was a bit spotty. You'll need a car to drive around.

Quite location but restaurants within 5 mins walk. Clean swimming pool. Good breakfast. Easy to find and park car.
The mattress didn't feel comfortable. And i didn't like that the dog was chained all morning, he is a very friendly dog.

The staff were excellent. From Hamish at reception to Hamsa the manager. Hands on. Exceptional breakfast and the kitchen staff went out of there way every day by adding extras to make breakfast scrumptious. The swimming pool was very clean and most enjoyable during the hot days we stayed there. The room was clean with excellent laundry service, towels, linen, etc. Walking distance from beach and close to public transport. Very good value for money.
There are no negative aspects.
