Wonderful
It is clean, right on the seafront, the rooms are large, the main food is delicious, there is access to public transportation, and the staff is helpful. There's a small water park for children. There's also a garden for those who don't like beaches or pools.
The beach is narrow but adequate. The snacks are poor.

Food was disappointing and not enough for the amount of guests, disorganised serving, dinner started serving at 19:30 at 8 no food left and remaining guest eating just left over. Not enough options for kids.

Property is well constructed and designed. Pools are clean, and property stuff doing their duty very well! Beds are little uncomfortable which i mean on mattresses. There is new building and old one. We were in old one. Rooms are kind of outdated, but it is not big concern! We will come again!

Room service was very good
The alacart service was very bad . The staff were very rude , specially mehmet and another waiter that i forgot his name . We never felt comfortable there .
The room was too small, the sink’s drain was clogged . The curtains in the corridors were torn . Very small elevators .

The food offering and the garden are really good. There's a variety of food on offer, always fresh, several bars and restaurants on the ground to pick your cold water or drink from, and relax, plus good shady garden.
Its pretty loud and pretty crowded, so if you dont mind this, you will be great. The animation team goes out of its way to entertain the crowds, but that can be too much sometimes. The population in general is pretty lou, lots of romanians, bulgarians and brits. We were early july and by the time we were to leave, 10.07, it was impossible to find a sunbed, as if thet didn't know how many people they were accommodating. Rooms are outdated but the matraces are sturdy and nice. You have to tell them to clean the room, otherwise they won't do anything else, except change your towels and bring you toilet paper.

Very large room, good sea view, large choice at the buffet restaurant with reasonably good food, nice and varied show on every evening. The staff at the reception was kind and usually (not always) could speak and understand English well.
The shuttle transfer from the airport that we had booked in advance was there, but: 1-apparently the hotel had not given the flight details to the driver, so he was waiting at the wrong exit and 2- as soon as we arrived in the hotel, we had to immediately pay for the transfer, in cash: not possible to add the amount to the room, not possible to pay with credit card.
Then at the buffet restaurant, there was no table for disabled people like me: so we often had to walk long distance, before finding a free table.
Overall, too many people: the beach was crowded, in the "rush hour" at the buffet restaurant one could hardly walk among the food etc.

Good food served at all times of the day. Great location, clean and friendly staff.
Beach facilities were not as expected. Rained one night and main pool took three days to clean.

- for October the price was more than fair for all inclusive (paid 430e for two persons in total for 5 days)
- food fine, even if repetitive (but where isn´t), like vegetarian I had lower options, but still were able to choose
- clean rooms, daily cleaning, comfortable beds
- nice seaview, hotel directly on the beach
- not very outside the city like some resorts, there is bus and minibus stop directly in front of hotel
- using paper cups instead plastic
- not enough sunbeds by the sea (considering we were in midd of October and some days had problem to find two empty). Can´t imagine what is it in July/August. By pool it was more or less ok, still some empty in shadow
- pool water freezing
- bad coffee in all restaurants, snack bar and drinks just alcohol with some blue water in paper cup
- my boyfriend had impression the restaurant staff chose the people to be served. Some of the guests were asked if they want to drink water, wine or beer by the table, We never. For me this was ok, as I could go and take it by myself.

As frequent visitor of Kusadasi alone, and with family tried this hotel and what I can say is……..Absolutely avoid this place!. This hotel is very outdated, it really does not reflect Turkey or Kusadasi. This hotel is in the middle of a busy place and really everything is outdated, the furniture, the bedrooms, the showers, even the personnel needs a update, they aren’t helpfully and looking angry all the day, why? Life is short. For a cheaper amount I suggest to book the real-side of Kusadasi. Trust me avoid here and book the other side of Kusadasi, thank me later.

The layout of the hotel and the availability of pools were good.
The property was not clean and very very dated. Our first impressions were disappointing and almost a regret but you get used to it. There was sickness bug at this hotel in September 2024 and based on Trip Advisor reviews, we weren't the only ones to get it. The hotel has been notified but asks for evidence that it was caught from the hotel i.e. no responsibility taken. It was most likely caught from the food.
