My girlfriend and I had an excellent experience at the Susesi resort over our 8-night stay there. The deluxe room was large and very comfortable, the food was generally very good and diversified, with different cuisines every night, the (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) beverages served at the bars were also very good and offered many options, the facilities available in the resort (outdoor sports, gym, swimming pools, game room etc.) were numerous such that we did not have any reason to leave the hotel throughout our stay. Most importantly, all the staff members were amazingly kind, friendly and helpful, and they accommodated all our needs, including an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our vacation even better and that we really appreciated.
The free wi-fi service often did not provide a stable connection, at least in our room and some other areas, however the mobile data connection was good throughout the resort so we did not view this as an issue.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from the moment that we arrived.
The accommodation was excellent, the beds were comfortable and cleaning services were good.
An excellent and varied choice of high-quality food and impeccable service.
The spa facilities were of a high standard, and the treatments were very good.
Plenty to keep our teenage children occupied and very enthusiastic entertainment staff.
Free transfers to and from golf resorts, which was also very useful.
I would recommend this hotel to any family and will happily return.
There really was to much to fault and was great value for money.

I’ve stayed at many hotels around the world—including in the U.S.—and I always thought the best customer service could only be found there. But Susesi Hotel truly exceeded my expectations!
The customer service here was absolutely outstanding. Every staff member was polite, professional, and genuinely cared about the guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and full of charm.
The only thing I wish had been a little better was the size of the Turkish bath—it could’ve been slightly bigger. However, everything else was so wonderful that it far outweighed this small detail.
I sincerely thank the hotel management and the guest relations team for such a memorable and pleasant stay. I’ll definitely come back again!

کاستومر سرویس این هتل فوقالعاده بود—تمام کارکنان با احترام و حرفهای برخورد میکردند و واقعاً برای مهمانان ارزش قائل بودند. فضای هتل بسیار زیبا و دلنشین بود و همه چیز با دقت و ظرافت طراحی شده بود. تنها نکتهای که دوست داشتم بهتر بود، اندازه حمام ترکیش بود که ای کاش کمی بزرگتر میبود.
با این حال، تجربه من در این هتل آنقدر عالی بود که بدون تردید از مدیریت محترم هتل و تیم روابط مهمانان (guest relations) تشکر ویژه دارم. بدون شک باز هم به این هتل بازخواهم گشت

We received a very warm welcome and the staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful.
Good value for all inclusive
We could’t have the AC on in March, so room was a bit too warm to sleep in.
Not a lot to do there in March and food options were limited but it was quiet season - will just know this for the next time.

Staff were lovely. Incredibly warm reception & made us feel so relaxed. We celebrated a birthday & they made it so special. Food was delicious. We booked a suite that was perfect, room 1528. Tried the Italian A la carte that was superb.
Delicious food & awesome spa. Elisa, Indra & Desi were simply magnificent in the spa ~ their Turkish spa & massage was amazing & so worth the money. It’s a safe place for all. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. No complaints at all

We checked in and checked out, after leaving the staff called us saying that the room wasn’t paid for, they reached out while in in the airport and got to pay via bank transfer which cost us 30 EU, its good to note we paid for spa fees while checking out and handed over the room access card.

Reserved a Triplex Unit for my family and cleaning service was disappointing. Unit was not cleaned as per my expectations ☹️

Staff was excellent, most went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Check in process was the best we had up until now, we felt pampered. We will definitely return
Green areas were generous and very well maintained.
Themed restaurants were good, our favourite was Casia. (Asian)
Entertainment was a very nice surprise, exceeded our expectations.
The resort is quite large, so there were a few corners that were a bit worned out.

We booked a room quite spontaneous, it costed a lot, but we had a wonderful 360 degree terrace. The view was remarkable. I believe, it is worth its money. Great variety of food and drinks. Food is actually everyone in countless quantities (not sure if this is good or bad, I would significantly reduce the amount of served food). The sea is just next to the hotel, entertainment programme is also there (sort of political sometimes, but never mind). Pools are awesome!
To leave the hotel, you can only call taxis that are partnered with the hotel. These taxis have fixed prices, which are double the amount of regular taxis, and their taximeters don’t work. The hotel doesn't allow you to call any other taxis or let them enter the premises. This was a nasty experience that spoiled our overall impression of the hotel.
Additionally, we needed to buy something from a pharmacy, but there were none nearby. You either have to walk for almost an hour or take a taxi, which again costs double. The hotel offers to order from a partnered pharmacy, but the prices are 5 to 10 times higher than usual. Ridiculous! Didn't expect this from a 5star hotel with great service.
Also, the staff was only nice at the beginning, but was not helpful at all on our last day there.

Everything was perfect , the guys who’s working there were very friendly and polite especially ( Erdem ) who is working in the Terquaze main restaurant and the guys from Sandal bar ( Mert and Ibraheem and Mustafa ) and the photographer Jameel was very very nice and perfect
