The resort is pretty big. The food was awesome. The staff was very active and helpful.
The indoor swimming pool was not hot enough frim time to time.
There was a small indoor kids room but comparing to the total size of the resort that kids room was really small with very limited gaming facilities.
The took a sea view room. The room was good but the central air conditioner produced only heat during the winter season. So if you are from a country like Germany you may expect cold air instead of hot air in ±18 degree Antalya winter.

1. AC was on heat and u cant adjust it , we were forced to sleep with window open to have a cold breeze inside our room
2.food is repetitive specially at breakfast.
3.aqua park only opens 4 hours not continuous through day ..

Swimming pool and amazing food. I want to congratulate the kitchen staff.
I felt staff was not so friendly in the bar areas. I think they were overwhelmed by all the demands. Lobby bar service non existent. Room was not made twice in 6 days of stay.

The all-inclusive food was very good.
• The ice creams were absolutely delicious.
• The waffles with fruits, Nutella, or ice cream on top were a real treat.
• The rooms were amazing – spacious and comfortable.
• The pool was huge, clean, and perfect for relaxing or swimming.
• The bars were always lively and full, which created a nice atmosphere.
• The night shows were entertaining, especially the DJ on African Night – he was amazing, and everyone loved him.
• The beach was sandy, clean, and very relaxing.
The beach bar food was only average.
• There weren’t enough non-alcoholic drink options.
• Room service was not so good.
• The DJ on Wednesday, 20/8 was really disappointing – no one danced.
• There were lots of bugs in the dinner area outside. It was so bad we couldn’t sit long, and I think they should add lights or solutions to keep bugs away.

Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. We enjoyed our stay, especially the dessert selection, which was very good. The staff were helpful, solution-oriented, and very professional. The hotel’s activities were sufficient and enjoyable for us.
There was no cocktail menu, and each bartender prepared drinks differently, which made them quite weak in taste. The main restaurant had limited meat options; salmon was almost never available and could only be found among the cold appetizers. The grill section was also insufficient. The pool was clean but the water was too warm; adding ice, as done in other hotels, could be a good idea. At the beach, there was no path between the sand and the pier, so walking barefoot on the hot sand was uncomfortable. A platform over the sand would make it much more convenient. The à la carte restaurants had limited menu options, high prices, and additional charges, so we decided not to use them.
Overall, while the hotel’s general service and desserts were very good, I believe there is room for improvement in drinks, the main restaurant’s variety, the pool, and the beach facilities.

Great location, great variety of foods, good activities for adults and kids. Swimming pools were huge and peaceful. Snacks and drinks were on spot. Beach was nice with a good amount of water sports but too expensive.
Cleanness was below average. The rooms needs heavy renovations. The walls were so thin that you can literly hear evey sounds from your neighbors! The room never cleaned properly, there were an underwear from the previous guests in our room which was never took away despite our communication with the geust relationship services twice!
We asked for a towel and glasses, we never recieved them (even after 3 times follow-ups).
The most horrible part of the hotel was language barrier. Although 5star hotels should know how to perform in English but the main language there was Russian and then Turkey. It was very hard to communicate with the hotel staffs especially my child in the kids club so she couldn't attend and enjoy most of the events.
At the checkout, the gentleman charged me 165.02 euro for the SPA right away even without asking about our stay (due to the same language barrier). It's a bit off that even the receptionists can't handle customers from English speaking countries, on the other hand they even charge that 2cent for the SPA. I hope atleast the management use that for some English classes.

Wonderful
The hotel's facilities are amazing. A giant pool with multiple bars. Adjacent private beach. Water slides for adults and kids. Pretty good quality and diversity of food options included in all-inclusive pricing at main restaurant. The rooms are spacious but could benefit from a little upgrading.
Limited pool space for kids where the depth was below 4 feet.

Nothing really stood out. The property is marketed as five stars, but the reality is far below that standard.
• The office manager Ali was rude, arrogant, and money-oriented, always pushing for extra charges.
• Most staff appeared to be under 18 years old, untrained and unprofessional.
• Beach towels scam: You can’t get towels at the beach directly. You must walk 15 minutes to the front office, pay with a card, and walk back — and no one explains this at check-in.
• Rooms and facilities were dirty and poorly maintained.
• Food was repetitive, tasteless, and not worthy of a five-star hotel.
• The hotel does not accept Apple Pay or other modern digital payment options.
• Many facilities advertised online were closed, broken, or nothing like the photos.

Wonderful
The beach is beautiful, clean, and perfect for swimming for all ages. The pools are large, varied, and spacious enough for everyone. I also really enjoyed the live shows, diverse performances, and musical events.
The dining area is quite small, and it’s difficult to find a table. During meal times, we often had to wait a long time for a free table. The kids’ club had no activities and was rather boring. Overall, the air conditioning throughout the hotel was not very good, and it felt warm, which made it uncomfortable at times.

The food of the buffet was good variety of food buffet for kids was available.. the buffet stay till 4pm
When we reached the hotel they gave us different room than which we reserved they told us it is not available now and we will move you by tomorrow to your room..this is waste of time because we have 3kids and difficut for us to move to other room the next day.
The AC is hot every where and sometimes they close the AC at the hotel.. the room cleaner is bad they don't even clean the room..the kids pool is cold.. they were too late to collect our laggage from the room for check out and we were too late for our flight..last minute!!!

Wonderful
It was immaculate and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The pools are exceptionally clean. The Sumac restaurant near the beach serves very fresh and delicious food — we liked it even more than the main restaurant. The hotel is great for families.

The overall hotel was nice and clean.
Food was good, especially the soups!
The welcoming at the reception is poor;
No info about the resort, like a map with everything you can do. We had to find out on our own where everything is.
Not a lot of options of snacks at the bar (between meals), very simple for a ultra all inclusive.
The drinks not tasty. Staff was tired...
Music was terifying, especially between 10pm- midnight. We could not sleep at all, not even the kid.
The night shows were inappropriate for families with kids.
