Excellent, comfort, and clean pool villa, food diversity with different international restaurants, pools activities with soft drinks and beverages on pools was amazing, kids club, night shows were amazing, and all-inclusive :-), and off course with the support from the mazing stuff from Guest Assistant team Hamza & Nebila

Food was great, non stop availability of drinks, snacks and desserts, even Starbucks coffee is free of charge :) Beach is nice, one warm pool for the cool days. Big area to play and explore. The Turkish and Italian restaurant a la carte were great. Everything is included in the price, no need to bring your wallet, unless you need something from the store. The hotel also organized transportation to and from Lands of Legends, and entrance is included in the price of the hotel.
Rooms are a little bit outdated, we had to change our initial room because of the smell on the ground floor. Staff was great to find us an alternative solution. Also kids club is very small for a resort like this, a few of the toys were not working or damaged, could certainly improve the activities and offerings for the children at the hotel.

Rixos Premium Belek is truly one of our favorite hotels. As always, everything was absolutely incredible. But what makes this place so special is not only the hotel itself — it is the people who make every vacation unforgettable for us.
A very special thank you to Elena from Guest Relations for her kindness, professionalism, and always making us feel welcomed and cared for. Also, many thanks to Mustafa from the reception team for his exceptional attitude and hospitality.
The level of service, atmosphere, and attention to detail at Rixos Premium Belek is simply outstanding. We are already looking forward to coming back again.

This was our third stay at Rixos Premium Belek, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained and has a great atmosphere. The food was very delicious with a wide variety of options.
A special highlight was the Greek restaurant - everything from the food to the show and dancing was amazing.
We would also like to thank Katerina, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, assisting with early check-in, late check-out and even small personal requests.
A special thank you as well to our housekeeper Nadire - she was very kind, attentive and took great care of our room.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful birthday and anniversary celebrations - it was very sweet and made our stay even more special.
Since this was our third visit, we noticed that the overall experience felt slightly less consistent compared to previous years.
The service and attention to detail were still good, but previously it felt more attentive and vibrant.
The evening entertainment could also be improved, as the live music was not always engaging.
There were a few minor inconsistencies in cleanliness and service details, which did not significantly affect our stay but are worth mentioning.

Our experience was excellent! We really enjoyed our stay and we regret that we didn’t try Rixos Premium earlier, we will definitely come back again! We loved the facilities and the staff, everything from check in to check out was fabulous. They also offer free shuttle to and from the Land of Legends and free access. They have more than 6 restaurants at the resort that you could eat at anytime! Literally this is the place for a vacation
Honestly, the only bad thing is that I didn’t stay there before. Not a single comment to be made.

One thing worth mentioning: the buffet serving tongs and ladles are shared by hundreds of guests with no protective cloth or cover. For a hotel at this level, it would be a nice touch to address this small but important hygiene detail.

I love everything about this beautiful hotel. The freshness of the food. There were variety in their menu and more than 3 eating restaurants. Food was delicious! The hotel was extremely clean, welcoming, and the staff does care and very accommodating.

We had the pleasure of working with Mr Serdar muhibi, he was very kind, extremely professional and very helpful… He was at our service even when off duty.
Everything being available for us all the time, restaurants, games, and pools have all been exceptional, all the staff members are professional and very kind to all of us which made our stay a lot more enjoyable.
The property is a but old, and it shows in multiple areas, the cleaning even though done regularly still need to be a bit deeper as some parts still seem a little dirty

The room was spacious and clean. There was enough entertainments to keep you busy during the day. Like table tennis, foosball, pool table, heated pool during winter (the time which we went). There was literally nothing you couldn't find in their buffe restaurant (named turquoise there). Also there were a few À la carte restaurants which all were free to use and you just had to reserve them through their mobile app.

Very attentive staff; I really liked the experience with Lumin. It makes getting any information easy without involving people
Unfortunately, the food had many options, but it was mostly pre-heated, not always fresh depending what you get and not great quality or taste. I would suggest focusing on fewer options but with higher quality.

-À la carte restaurant booking system is frustrating, with very low chances of getting a reservation at 10:00 (except the Italian restaurant)
- This may be just my personal sensitivity, but in our Deluxe Family room I found the large bed uncomfortable and experienced back pain, while the single bed, which was also in our room, was much more comfortable for me.
