It is big resort and very nice natural location
All restaurants you have to pay extra except buffet main restaurant. Comparing many other resorts in that area it is expensive and not a super taste or services.

Amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, with a good variety each day. The swimming area was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again! People who work there are very nice, friendly and helpful! The assistants helped us a lot through a chat in WhatsApp and calls. Every day we liked this hotel more and more :)
It is very fast to get to the sea from the main building. A territory is quite kids friendly. We also had a late check out for free.

THE BEST all-inclusive hotel in Antalya. The service was impeccable, especially T and B from guest services, the amenities were luxuriously stunning including the spa and hammam, delicious meal offerings, and a stunning beach. Our suite was absolutely one-of-a-kind with a top floor view of the entire resort and a spa-inspired marble bathroom.
There's literally nothing we did not like during our stay here but if there was one thing I would change, I would request the breakfast window to be extended to allow those who wake up later to still enjoy breakfast.

We have stayed in Luxury Lagoon room and it was exceptional. Special thanks for Durmuş and Kardelen for their extraordinary assitance. Also Nur Muhammed, Burcu, Cansu, Ayşegül and all staff of Lagoon Restaurant were very kind and helpful during our stay. Shows in hotel was also amazing, we have enjoyed a lot. Foods in Lagoon Restaurant was very well prepared and served. Kaya Palazzo will be always in my top tier list for vacation.

The swimming pools were fine
I arrived at Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort this Saturday with my wife, 20-month-old son, my mother, and sister on a long-awaited family holiday. What should have been a relaxing, joyful all-inclusive break turned into a complete nightmare, all thanks to this hotel’s lack of responsibility.
On day two, my wife and toddler got severe food poisoning. Today, I also started experiencing symptoms. So instead of enjoying the €8000+ vacation I paid for, we’ve spent our time turning the hotel room into a makeshift ER, dealing with vomiting and diarrhea. Let that sink in.
We had no choice but to visit the hotel’s doctor, who referred us to a local hospital, which turned out to be a shameless tourist scam. They charged €950 for a basic check-up and a single IM injection. The hospital diagnosed both my wife and son with gastroenteritis, and yet the hotel’s so-called “Guest Relations” team has the audacity to deny any connection to their food, despite the medical evidence right in front of them.
We spoke to multiple staff members, including managers, demanding some form of compensation for the disaster we’ve been put through. All we got was the same robotic response: “We’ll see what we can do.” Spoiler: they did NOTHING. No follow-up. No action. No accountability.
This place is a shiny facade hiding zero standards, zero empathy, and zero responsibility. It has been one of the worst, most infuriating experiences of my life, and I strongly urge anyone considering this resort to stay far away.
If you value your health, your time, and your money, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Beautiful hotel, excellent facilities, helpful staff, mainly Dilyara and Alena.
Food was delicious, lagoon villas are wonderful and heated pool was a bonus.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Kaya Palazzo!
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the extremely kind and professional staff. The biggest and most pleasant surprise was the unexpected upgrade to a much larger room, elegantly decorated, with a spectacular front sea view – truly a dream come true!
The rooms are impeccable, very spacious, and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay. The cleanliness is exemplary, and the attention to detail makes all the difference. The food was varied and delicious, and the restaurants provided an exceptional culinary experience.
The indoor and outdoor pools (heated in winter), the private beach, and the hotel’s facilities are top-notch – perfect for an unforgettable vacation.
The atmosphere is relaxing, and the services are flawless.
A huge thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special!

Our Antalya trip to celebrate two birthdays in the family, one of which was our baby's first, led us into a detailed search for a baby-friendly accommodation. Anyone with kids will understand the nervousness around taking your first trip with them as a baby, especially after they start eating solids! After some research and website scanning, we narrowed it down to two resorts we liked so we thought we'd just make sure they understand our requirements and sent our enquiries about baby food availability at the resort. We finally chose Kaya Palazzo who had the most prompt, comprehensive response and it was probably then that we realised we had a winner and we were not disappointed.
From the first day, Kaya Palazzo's Guest Experience team took charge and made sure everything and absolutely everything was taken care of. They set up a WhatsApp group chat dedicated to us so all we had to do was message them what we needed and it was delivered to us promptly. They not only offered to prepare our baby's meals according to our requirements, but also asked if we had our recipes that we’d like them to prepare from. We were surprised they offered this and we happily shared our recipes which they executed well at each meal time.
Special applause for Dilyara who organised our birthday celebrations and saw through each and every detail from finalising their beautiful patisserie as the venue for the celebration to arranging the onsite photographer to the special birthday cakes on both birthdays. Veronika, Alina, Alexander and Ege, also from the Guest Experience team, played huge part in our daily comfort including ensuring our baby's food was ready fresh when we needed it, that her midnight and daily special milk needs were delivered to our room quickly and efficiently, even so far as to have the mini club (for babies) opened out of hours on our request.
