Great swimming pools facilities.
Good variety of food at the main restaurant.
Too noisy at night. A night club in the area was playing loud music every night until late.
Main restaurant was very busy some days. Difficult to find a table.

Stayed there for 4 nights and I must say this place is the best one for a family vacation ! We stayed in the wonderland room and it was the best decision of my life , my kids loved the resort , everything was perfect , food was amazing , we really enjoyed the performances in the concert area and they were mind blowing , facilities were outstanding ! It was worth it ! I would highly recommend this place to everyone !

Best hotel where we have ever been, definitely we are coming back. I recommend to stay in Maledive Villas. It made our stay special.
There was a chance to give a feedback while connecting to wifi. We gave the feedback at 10pm in the evening, and maybe 30minutes after sending the feedback, some womans from customer service started to calling our room phone and she called 3 times to ask if everything is ok and is there anything to fix. That was really weird and it made us feel like we were disturbed, because it was 9:30 pm and we tried to sleep before our flight. But we did not sleep after some random customer service woman started to call us many times, i lost my sleep. You should definitely think that what time you are calling for customers and should you call at all. One feedback should be enough, not like we have to explain everything again on the phone.

Evry thing was perfect , the equipments unlimit activetis ana aquapark in addition to huge pool and other pools for every ages from babys to +18 the rooms the staff the shows every night the food . All the family have fun . Adults kids babys evey one may enjoy .

The daily events
No Iron available for guests.
Clothes are packed and need to be ironed, however, the hotel did not provide an iron which I found shocking. They did offer a laundry service which had to be paid for. However, an iron should be made available as it is standard in every hotel i have ever stayed at so I found it very shocking that a hotel like Granada that had such good facilities just wouldn't provide iron for its guests.

The water park is excellent, excellent facilities, many attractions for children Activity most of the day full of blessings
The food is simply not up to the standard of the hotel. I am my wife and my grandson got diarrhea when I got to the clinic instead of treating me they asked for insurance---I can sink the hotel And the hotel takes care of its money. I was not injured, I got stomach poisoning from the food and the poor level of cleanliness The maid in the room did not clean the room at all dirt and stains remained until my wife called the reception to complain And even though on the first day she received a tip from me after the complaint she cleaned the room. But this shows why we got an upset stomach The level of cleanliness in the kitchen is probably bad

Food was great! lots of different options available during Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. I would really recommend going to the beach for Lunch as they bring you hot food not as much options however taste really good! Grandy Kids Care was cool, they will look after your kids during certain events so you can enjoy some time with your misses.
Room was really small for a family of 4. the 4th kid had to sleep on the couch which they convert into a bed. we requested 2 + 2 expecting 2 big beds instead they gave us 2 + 1 with one couch. i paid 800 pounds extra to have my kid sleep on the couch. The Hotel is really big and really difficult to get from hotel room to the swimming pool. The Animation Team is terrible, I've been to many hotels however not seen anything like this ever. They only speak to woman and foreigners and ignore Turkish/Arab/ lookalikes. They avoid Interactions and hardly do anything within the Hotel, I'm only annoyed as most hotels within turkey have Animation teams who interact with people daily. let us know what is going on what activities etc. same as the individuals on roller blades only take orders from certain individuals and just walk past us all the time never ask what we want. Any Activity done within the pool are always end so quickly as if they don't want people to interact with each other at all, water activities were great but really short.
