Location and Food is excellent. FAMILY room view is fabulous.
Everything is good.... but washroom kits need to be improved .......and sleeping pillows is not comfortable.....

Hello! We stayed at this hotel for a few days. It was a business trip.
We liked the hotel for the price, the quantity and quality of the food. There was a lot of food! They cleaned every day! The grounds were clean and well-maintained.

- The food options were amazing in both main restaurant and the Italian restaurant! The staff in the restaurant were also very proactive in helping the guests. We were extremely happy with all of our dining experiences during our stay.
- The staff in charge of activities were friendly and creative. They made the activities really fun!
- The property had several tennis courts. And the grass courts were free to use for 45 minutes daily. Also the hotel provided the option for tennis lessons with world class instructors (through Megasaray tennis academy).
- The hotel management was open to receiving feedback and tried to compensate guests for inconveniences.
- Many of the facilities (waterpark, outdoor pools, etc) were not open in the winter season.
- The hotel did not proactively provide an introductory tour of the hotel. We had to specifically ask this from the guest relations. And then they provided a paper map of the hotel and explained everything on the map (no real tour though).
- There were many constructions happening in the hotel throughout our stay. And the construction debris were not cleaned immediately (sometimes not even until the next day).
- On one of the days, there were several random power outages happening in the hotel. This impacted some of the activities (e.g. PlayStation), wifi availability, and the elevators (we got stuck in the elevator in one of the instances).
- The guest relations team and reception team worked as very distinct entities and were not willing to help on any task related to the other team. This led to me being passed around between these two teams several times for simple/common asks.
- The room temperature was not controllable by guests via thermostat.
- The hotel was not responsive to many of our emails that we sent prior to our stay. The emails were sent to the official addresses provided by the hotel website.
- The team managing the spa and the Turkish bathhouse are a different company from the hotel. And they were trying very hard to bring customers in (which made me a bit uncomfortable) whenever using the indoor saunas.

We stayed at this hotel with my parents and we really enjoyed everything. The room was clean and cozy, and the towels were changed every day. The reception staff were always polite and helped with any questions we had.
The food was excellent — a big variety and everything was truly delicious. Special thanks to the waiters, who were always in a good mood, created a pleasant atmosphere, and offered drinks. We especially want to mention Özlem, Burak and Ismail— very attentive and kind. Thank you guys for your hard work!
We also had a personal assistant who responded quickly and solved all our requests, which made our stay even more comfortable. We were very happy with our vacation and would gladly come back again!

The room is spacious and comfortable for families. The buffet is diverse and available the whole time.
The beach is amazing
The AC was set to temperature 24 since it's winter season but actually the temperature was 28 during the day. When we asked to adjust it they said it's not possible. It was too warm during the day.

- Great spacious room
- Excellent food - there are lobsters, shrimps, salmon, a lot of meat and cheese. And pasta is perfect as well
- Service is excellent
- Sauna is nice
- Hammam was chilly and the second smaller hammam / wet sauna's floor was dirty.

Overall, I had a very good stay at this hotel. The kids’ shows and activities were excellent, and the number and size of the swimming pools were really impressive. Breakfast and lunch were great, but I feel dinner could use some improvement.
I did face an issue with the air conditioning for the first two days, but the hotel team followed up well and managed to fix it. Customer service in general was amazing, with very good follow-up throughout my stay. i would come back again to Megasaray.
I had one disappointing experience with the reception. I requested help to collect my luggage after checkout, but even after 20 minutes no one came. When I followed up, the reception manager (Dyalda) told her employee to tell me, “either you wait, or you go pick up your luggage yourself.” That response unfortunately left a negative impression and affected the otherwise excellent guest relationship service. This negative incident was only from one person and does not reflect the efforts of the whole team in Megasaray.

It was the worst experience ever!!
I booked a club family room for 5 nights last July ; the rooms ac wasn’t working properly.. I spent the first day dealing with the technician coming and going calling the receptionist complaining and nothing was happening!! The temperature didn’t cool down!! At night they offered moving to another room which was down graded but cooler only to spend the night and offered to move the next day to the same category with no ac problems.. the next day we moved to the other room trusted that the ac will be as promised.. but found out later that it was hot as sauna!! And the lock of the room was broken!! After a long complaining to the customer service.. I really didn’t like the attitude of all the reception staff.. unfortunately for them I understand Russian language and speak.. they were trying to make fun of my complaining.. and were shocked when I at the end spoke Russian back to them!! Next .. the customer relations apologized for the poor quality of handling the issue and ruining my family vacation !!
They offered un upgrade to deluxe family room which I found out was in a different building!! It was kind of clear there is different kind of category for the customer services and obviously as Kuwaitis we were not welcomed!!

-The Staff, they were very friendly and helpful, trying the best to make you happy, from management to junior staff
-The landscaping, the mix between the greenery and old shape but renovated building looks very nice, i cant describe it, it should be seen.
-The parties and shows, although it is not luxurious like other hotels, but engaging.
-The hotel was clean in everything, especially bathrooms, even the public ones.
-Sunbeds are always available at anytime, maybe not at strategic locations, but you will find a spot
-The food, though varieties but quality and taste is not the best. To be fair, there are few good quality and tasty dishes, but these were always supervised by chefs who are serving it to make sure you will get one portion, and these dishes are not available daily, when finished not refilled.
-The cats invading the main restaurant between the legs of guests regularly, the staff tried to kick them out, but they keep return. Imagine when my wife has phobia from cats. They tried to find solution for us but it was not an ideal one.
-The pools are slightly small and crowded for swimmers, the Adult/Relax pool was good alternative for swimmers.
-The reception and the main lobby area need to be renovated and modernized, the first impression influence, as the existing one looks old style and ugly compared to the other hotel areas.

Amazing as a family destination, the staff are friendly and helpful, and night shows are amazing. Many activities and shows for kids. The food was good, good variety at the buffet.

I loved the service they give. As soon as we arrived their were concierge who took our luggage and a guest relation person who took us around and gave us a little tour to show us the facilities. They give you you a whats app number so that if you need to ask for information you don't need to go to reception. You text them and they will help you. The facilities in the hotel are super. I loved the entertainment and my daughter liked the activities in the kid's club. You would always find a spot were is open for food /beverage and even ice creams which is included in the price.
The language might be a barrier since not everyone speaks English.
