I like the location, the activity were very nice and perfect, staff at the pool ( big pool )
Didn’t like the Wellcome stuff as arrive ( no Wellcome no hello ), the entrance cigarettes everywhere not clean
Room cleaning is zero!!! Really no body come to clean, the toilet the shower,
Service staff in main restaurant very bad and don’t know how work and communication with guests
Just 1 girl with little colour hair with glasses she very good and nice, food very normal same 3-4 stars resort
Reception check in took time and for nothing

The hotel is beautiful. We did like the parties.After I forgot my wedding ring they found it and gave it to me. The hotel is a great potential. I wish it was a couples only hotel.
It is almost 80% single men which were very rude and aggressive. Our first night one of the guests tried to force himself inside our room when my wife opened the door. When we complained to the hotel about this they completely ignored this and refused to change our room. Two days later same thing happened. This time they finally agreed to move us to another room. My wife felt very uncomfortable the whole time we were there.
The food was okay but dishes were really disgusting. We were constantly seeing remnant of food in the plates. There was something wrong with the ACs in the restaurant and it was extremely hot and humid in the restaurant. Imagine having to eat your lunch in a sauna.

The hotel facilities were good, especially the hotel pool. The staff was very friendly and polite. Your needs were taken care of quickly. The food was excellent.Very clean and large rooms with balconies with beds and unique views.Azadi is very different and good. I have been to many hotels. This was much better. I recommend it.
The big weakness of this hotel is that all the dishes, especially the glasses, are always dirty and hygiene is not maintained. It is clear that this area is not supervised. It is very dirty.

Wonderful
Liked the facilities and the fact that you don’t have to leave the hotel. Food is good, you can shop, work out, visit the spa, spend time at the beach or one of the 2 pools. Entertainment kept the mood high.
Language is an issue with some of the staff. They mainly speak Turkish and Russian.
