Pleasant
We enjoyed the indoor pool—it had a lot of nice natural light that came in.
The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
Honestly A LOT was closed due to it being off season. We weren’t expecting this as we have stayed at other all-inclusive hotels in Antalya during off season and none have been this closed down. There wasn’t much variety in the food and drink choices (as far as places to go).

Buffet was phenomenal, staff were friendly, most can speak English or get to you someone who can answer inquiries. The small details such as warm nuts were excellent, slides were fun for the kids, the beach chairs were plenty.
More bbq style food near the beach.

The rooms are dark and noisy, not clean, the hotel rules like "silence of the night"- doesn't exist.
Not worth it at this price.

We liked the fact that we could use the spa.
We liked the kid's club a bit.
We loved the pier, it was spacious and very pleasant.
The water in the so-called "hot pool" was not very hot. Also the indoor pool was not very hot.
The best water slide was out of service.
The steam room was severely damaged.
The prices in the shops were extremely super high.
We did not like the quality of the towels.

A fantastic family resort. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was polite and helpful, food was good and well made, entertainment was fun and there was so much to do. Our kids loved it!
The complimentary a la carte meal was hard to book and 2 of the restaurants were not available the whole time we were there. That is the only negative thing I can think of.

The food, facilities, restaurants staff and entertainment were good.
All the staff at the reception was not so welcoming. They let us wait for almost 2 hours settling that we made a mistake in booking for the number of persons. Our booking was clearly stated that then price I paid was for 4 persons. The statf let us wait for so long for the reception manager to come to talk to but there was no reception manager on duty. No help like using their landline to call our hotel booking agent. We came from Dubai and we travelled for 5 hours, waking up early in the morning to get into our flight and we were tired when we reach the hotel and we were not so welcome nicely. Reception staff have poor handling of guest and no so welcoming at all. Management shoud improve their customer service i the reception because it is the first stafe where guests will have initial impression of the hotel. I was thankful that the restaurant, housekeeping, entertainment and gym staff were so kind and good. My only complaint is the reception staff.

We were given a family room which was great, diversity of food and taste, amount of pool are also great. Inna concert was held.
There were not enough lifeguards on each pool at the same time. Once, for the kids slide there was no life guard organizing kids at the top of the slides, and one of the kids slid just after my daughter and hit her while sliding, and luckily I was there and able to grab and lift my daughter before she would be pushed under the water because of the other kid.
And people were smoking at the amphitheater while we were watching the show together with our daughter like many of the guests. The hotel would be better off having some rules for such crowded areas about smoking.

Disappointing
The property is well maintained the room we stayed in was good and the food is also nice.
The water slides are extremely unsafe especially the one which drops you directly into 2 meter of water. There is nobody to inform guests about the deep water the slide takes you in and the lifeguards are also unprofessional. I had a near drowning experience and the lifeguard to came to save me also literally drowned and was saved by another lifeguard.

Everything was very good. Especially the pavilion. Very big resorts there are too many things you can do there.
The edge of shower glass profile was old and need to change because have dirts and mould on it. It is normal but not for 5-star hotel.
