The hotel had a great structure and so many Restaurant options, the food was incredible and the staff was very nice always! Many entertainment options during the day, and overall everything was very clean.

The Turkish à la carte restaurant was absolutely outstanding, offering authentic flavors and excellent service. The hotel provides a wide range of activities to keep everyone entertained, from beach volleyball and a kids’ club to the Aqua Park, which is a big hit with families. The food options are diverse, with something available at almost any time of the day, ensuring no one ever goes hungry. Overall, a wonderful stay with plenty to enjoy for both adults and children.
The rooms need renovation. For example, I noticed mold under the flush push button in the bathroom, which should be addressed to maintain overall quality and comfort.

The property is very convenient and it’s easy to get to every part of the hotel. The sea is clean and nice big rooms! I met the nicest and kindest people. We were in room 1414 and our housekeeper was the kindest lady on earth, we talked every day! All staff are excellent, kind and well trained.

Loved our stay at Kremlin Palace! Beautiful resort, great food, and plenty to do. But the real star was Fatima – she made everything effortless and went the extra mile for us. Thanks to her, our trip felt extra special. Can’t wait to be back!
Sometimes we missed the main restaurants because of our own timing (holiday brain ??). Luckily, plenty of other options kept us happy, so no complaints there!

It’s a very big resort with many facilities and entertainment, also the guest relation staff did their best to accommodate us to a nice stay there.
I like their Italian and Turkish restaurant and also our waitress there was very accommodating and fun!
They have 24/7 restaurants with limited selection but it’s very nice to have specially if you can’t make it on their normal schedules
Their entertainment team is also good, very nice costume, talented folks.
It’s an old facility, air conditioning doesn’t exist there, we asked two days in the row after bad sleep and they changed apparently everything but it didn’t change anything! They offered new rooms but they were downgrades to our existing rooms with some dusty construction view so we decided to deal with ac ourselves. Not something you expect from 5 star premium hotel
Also their selection of food in buffet was poor compared to way cheaper stays in other turkish cities, although their reservations restaurants were good.
Their staff are nice in general, but i feel some of them are overworked, you need to pick basic cutlery yourself while it has to be already on tables
Overall i think it’s worth only half of the price we paid at best, and due to poor air conditioning i would only come here when weather is not so bad!

i want to thank you all, u r the best, this was our best experience ever! the place, staff and food was awesome..
my mother is suffering from a disease called sjogren syndrome, and i can tell u that all her symptoms disappeared since we arrived.. thanks from the bottom of our hearts for our lovely stay which i'll recommend to everyone i know,, nd cant wait to go back next year inshalla..
