It was excellent experience there, starting with check in with Caglar paklaci,very pleasant personality and helpful. Rooms were spacious,good ameneties with daily replacements.pools were clean and well managed with life guards everywhere. Food varieties are good. Best thing is 24/7 buffet. Excellent house keeping and guest relation service. All staff is well trained,respectful and professional. Pool side brunch and drinks were great. Daily night shows. Water park and its safety measures were good. Beach side bbq restaurant was worth extra 10 per head. I enjoyed alot with my family. It is like a palace with royal treatment. The Lara city big market is 10min drive,land of legends 10 min drive.20min from airport
Nothing to say. Location is far from main city which I dnt think one requires with all under one roof.

The facility of the hotel was good but you cant use them because the slides and Aqua park are open just 4 hours a day which is short time 10-12 and 2-4 therefore you cant use them properly and the restaurant in the pool area is just open for 4 hours which is 12 to 16 so you dont have opportunity to have food in this short time.
You must be in hurry all the time so you cant miss anything.
Also the food in main restaurant are not good and is not for everyones taste.
The staff are really rude and impolite and they dont know anything about customer service and even they cant speak English to understand what are you talking about.
The staff can easily ruin your holiday with that impolite behaviour and rude talking.
I dont recommend this hotel especially when you are with family and kids.

Everything was good. It was at the beach front. I like all the facilities there. I like the theatre shows and the disco night party there. Bakery and sweets were awesome. I like the dessert a lot there.
I dont like the live concerts. It was boring. Buffet time was short. Food should be hot all the time. Food was good but after one hour it wasnt even warm. They should consider that the food should be warm all the time.

We had an amazing experience on the resort, especially the water sports which was excellent and thrilling. I really enjoyed the shows in the arena which had its own vibe and the best part was drinks on the poolside.

Almost everything is great
Everything is very beautiful, from the beach to the swimming pools to the service. Everything is wonderful. The place is very excellent and close to city center (it is better to rent a car inside Antalya than to travel by taxi). However, the location of the resort is very excellent compared to the rest of the resorts in Belek and Kemer.
Food taste is medium
My friend like it so i can't to say more
