The location is excellent, and while the room is slightly small, it is both comfortable and well-maintained. Furthermore, the staff members are amicable and provide attentive service.
Initially, there was an additional charge for the use of the gym facilities. However, the receptionist, an older gentleman, communicated with the owner, as he stated, and subsequently secured an exception that allowed us to utilize the gym free of charge.

Everything was perfect. Mr Arsan and all staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. A sincere family environment and treatment.

I had originally booked a standard room, but to my surprise, the management upgraded me to a suite, which was a wonderful and unexpected gesture. The location was excellent, just a one-minute walk from a lively street filled with restaurants and pubs. In the morning, you can enjoy a stroll along the sea or explore the city’s green spaces, markets, and more than three malls, all within a six-minute bus ride. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We were also offered a late checkout and were able to store our luggage at the reception free of charge. The room itself was spotless and well-organized. I highly recommend this place.

The upgraded room was spacious and staff-friendly.
The phone fell off the bathroom wall when picked up (wires not attached and sticking out of the hole in the wall). The hot tub leaked and could not be used. The TV was tiny and only had foreign channels; some English channels would be nice. The shower sprayed in all directions and blocked up after a few minutes of use, flooding the bathroom. Rooms are ready for a refurb.

I booked the king suite and it had a great sea view. The hotel is in an area which has some eating options around and not too noisy. City center is relatively not far by taxi (About 5 KM). Cleaning staff are super professional and friendly.
Jacuzzi did not have hot water and toilet does not have a door. I don't mean the shower but I mean the actual toilet seat.
Also, my room (402) had 2 small cellphone towers directly facing it and only few meters away. One from the building opposite and one from the side.
BTW this is actually a family hotel and children are allowed which is perfectly fine of course because there is no noise or anything but I think it would be best to remove the superfluous classification of "Adults Only" for accuracy sake.

The staff was extremely friendly and always greeted us, plus making sure that we were doing alright
The room was really big and I loved the balcony and the view we had. I can just recommend getting a massage at the hotel because it was one of the best massages I ever received!
The bathroom didnt had door, so it was quite uncomfortable going to the toilette as well as the walls were very thin, so we could hear our neighbors.
And there were some stains on the bedsheets and the jacuzzi wasnt really working.

The staff were friendly and the cleaner woman was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the location as I felt safe & comfortable. I also liked the spa and the hotel was immaculately clean.
People banging doors but i suppose this cant be helped ... after all its a busy hotel.

Okay area and clean place.
Rooms extremely small, lacking a chair and a table in the room. Breakfast in the morning less than mediocre. Pool is at the entry for everyone to see, 0 privacy. Bathrooms need an update.
