My only annoyance was I was travelling with two friends. They were met at the airport, I hadn't been contacted by the hotel beforehand. I was then charged for the transfer as if I had been a couple and not travelling in the same car as my friends. Not very good.

Disappointing
I liked the greenery they have maintained at the property, mainly at the breakfast area and pool area. Also liked that the room was bigger in size compared to other rooms we stayed in Istanbul and Bodrum.
Location of the hotel is also good, walking distance to the markets and restaurants.
Loved the vintage touch and interiors of the room and hotel overall.
They charged 55 TL for 1 small water bottle (no free water in the room) which is too high.
We asked for the iron at the reception to which they replied that it is a vintage building so the iron is forbidden so we have the option to give them clothes for ironing. This is weird as they keep hair dryer and smart TV in the room which are modern amenities!!
Breakfast was below par considering the 4 star category of hotel.

The owner of Tuvana was lovely. We were met by a staff member when checking in to help us park the car in their dedicated parking lot. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant which was one of the best meals from our trip. The location is perfect and in the center of the historic town. Would not change anything about our experience.
Have nothing to add for this box. If I had to really dig for a comment, it would possibly be the price but this is more of a top notch place so it comes with a price tag.

Good location and very nice looking ottoman house
Seemed to try and be something it wasnt. Didnt really do it for me. The hotel is split in two with an ally running through. The breakfast in my opinion was poor.

My siblings and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The courtyard and pool area so so picturesque. Its very close to a lot of historic cites and the tram that takes you to the beach.

Great location in quiet lane. Great breakfast.
Third bed was fold up style, not so great for an adult, a proper single bed would have been better. Shower room very small and nowhere to hang towels.

Overall, this hotel was excellent and wed would highly recommend it. But two things:
(1) It would have nice if the pool bar was open.
(2) Dont bother eating at their restaurants for dinner. They are overrated and over priced. We ate at their Italian restaurant and the food was good but the service was horrible. They ignored us. But they added an automatic 10% tip anyhow.

300 Turkish rich persons home turned into a peaceful hotel. The location is perfect and its exceeded what we expected.
However, the breakfast was terrible, and that is the politest way to say it and the drinks and coffees etc at the bar were extremely expensive; for example, my partner bought two apparel spritz drinks and the bill was 40!

Hotel is far far more interested in our ala carte customers, weddings, business meetings to bring in additional money than their paying guests.
