A charming stay in a beautiful historic home
We had such a lovely time here! The location is perfect — well-connected yet peaceful, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The property has a unique charm, with an ancient, historical house feel and vintage furniture that gives it so much character.
The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They made us feel right at home and went out of their way to accommodate our vegetarian preferences. Breakfasts were a highlight — prepared with love, exactly to our requests, and the homemade Gözleme was absolutely delicious!
We also really appreciated the sense of privacy and the cozy ambiance of the place. The small pool was a nice bonus for relaxing in the afternoons.
If you're looking for a place that’s not just a stay but an experience filled with heart, history, and hospitality, this is it. Would definitely return!
While the location is great, it's worth noting that there can be some street noise if the windows are open — something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper and prefer fresh air over AC, especially during warmer months.

Great value for money! Fantastic family run hotel where we felt very welcome. Good breakfast and the family were extremely helpful with everything from info about buses to the beach, booking tours and trips to the hammam. When we had to leave early they offered to make us a sandwich when we couldn't make it to breakfast.
Can only recommend this hotel.
Perfect location in the old town - but be prepared for the mosque's call to prayer to be clearly heard (even at night) and there is also a lot of music from bars nearby.

Hospitality at its best! Great location to experience the old city and all of its charm. A peaceful oasis in the midst of all the touristic bustle outside the walls. Comfortable clean rooms, great traditional breakfast. We paid for day passes at nearby waterfront resorts to get access to private facilities (public beaches are not great).
Don’t even think about trying to drive to this place. Nightmare navigating the old city.

In the old quarter the accommodation is a old ottoman house. The decor and tiles were beautiful. Close to old bazaars, harbour and surrounding restaurants.

Hard to find it, very hard to locate by car. Very noisy outside, did not sleep. Also very old and smelly inside the rooms. Needs freshening up for sure.

Incredible breakfast, lovely property and kind hosts. My room felt like a palace, and the hot water in the shower was great.
Getting to the hotel was a little confusing, but if you're taking a taxi it's no problem.

-Very friendly staff.
-Very fresh and well prepared breakfast.
-Good location within the old town.
-Nice sized room.
-Pillows very thin.
-Sleeping was limited due to surrounding load music till early hours and noisy neighbours.
-Pool not in use even though it states open throughout the whole year.
-Shower could do with an update.

The room was spacious and the property is situated right in the middle of old town square.
The manager made sure that we had a comfortable stay. He even went out of his ways to arrange breakfast early for our morning departure.

In the heart of the pedestrianised old town in a beautiful spacious courtyard setting with a comfortable traditionally decorated room. Easy access to the port area and to bars and restaurants.
Only the loud techno music being played at a nearby club.

The setting for the hotel is beautiful with the chalet-like accommodation which feels secluded but yet its location is right in the middle of the Old Town

Very friendly staff and management. The hotel is right next to the Kaleici market, close to a wide range of restaurants.
The hotel is located in a stunningly beautiful renovated Ottoman town palace.

Gorgeous property right in the heart of the old town. Wonderful host. Felt like staying in a real ottoman home. Special shoutout to the lovely housekeeper, Amina, who makes truly the best breakfasts.
Nothing. It was the best and most memorable property I stayed at in Turkey.
Also it’s really close to the old town markets, so that could be a downside if you (like me) love souvenir shopping but can’t be trusted!

Top place in all respects: firstly, a beautiful authentic hotel, a picturesque courtyard, breakfasts with fresh fruits and always a variety of pastries, clean rooms with daily cleaning. Rooms - about the aesthetics of natural materials and fabrics (I'm just in love), about the history that is carefully kept.
I took a lot of beautiful photos, absolute pinterest!
Secondly, the location is excellent, and wander through the streets of the old city, and take public transport, if necessary.
And most importantly: a hospitable, cool manager who will always give advice. I wish all the best to him and his beautiful family, and prosperity to the hotel.

The service was impeccable. Most friendly staff and the owner is very lovely and caring.
The gate closes at 1am. So if you are looking to stay out late and go to some parties, this is not the right place for you.
