It's in the side of old town & close to the main road
Poor facility, wall is mouldy, balcony door couldn't closed completely & mosquitos in the room made us awake almost that night

The hotel is accessible by public transport and in a walking direction from marina. Cozy place with nice view from balcony. Also the owner is very kind, supportive and helpful.

Communication with the owner was excellent. He gave us clear instructions about how to get to the hotel.
The hotel was very clean and provided a delicious home cooked breakfast at an extra cost

Wonderful
It's a very basic hotel recommended for a sleep rather than enjoyment, but it offers some great advantages:
1) location - near traditional and high speed tram stops (the latter will take to the bus station, airport and, not to forget, Perge ancient site, quick and cheap; the hotel is 200 m away from Hadrian's gate, within old city walls, 10 minutes walk to the best beach and anything you want.
2) and 3) go together - you may enjoy a very good, cheap, delicious and big breakfast on the rooftop with perfect views of the sea, mountains and the old city.
The host is very welcoming and will help you with everything, including advice on sites, transport, meals etc.

great location and good value .simple hotel with a roof terrace view of the old town.its also a sun trap and you can get free tea and coffee, this was my second stay and i will use again. supermarket just across the road sells all you will need.
O.K. no lift so if you have walking problems think again.this applies to Antalaya as you have to walk everywhere.

Hasan is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is very central. The room is quite basic, it is not luxurious at all and it has the very basic commodities. However, it is super cheap. I think it is a great value for money. If what you need is a place with the basics to sleep and to have a shower while you visit the city, I highly recommend this place.
Noise in the neighbourhood and other rooms is very common at night. There are multiple bars/ restaurants with music. Make your yo bring earplugs with you.

Hasan and his wife were amazing. They were so naturally friendly and helpful. We felt so safe and at home.
Its in an excellent location.
Very minor issues such as a broken mirror and the bathroom light was a bit temperamental.

Good strategic location and partial sea views from top.
Room had strong smell of smoke and tobacco. Bathroom in terrible condition. Picture nowhere accurate. Fridge had an old smelly rag in it. Very little is privacy is is given by the shaff.

Great location and easy to find. Easy access to the Tramvay, in the heart of the old town. A lovely rooftop terrace with free tea and coffee and where guests were able to prepare and enjoy their own meals. Staff very friendly and helpful.
It was a bit noisy; I had expected noise from the surrounding area as its in the town centre, but there was noise and doors slamming from other guests.
Despite this, its a great place to stay in the centre and I am pretty certain that I will stay here again.
