The hotel was well cleaned and easy access to many locations.
I stayed in the hotel between 28th Apr to 30th April. I booked a room with an air con but never had the AC . AC will only switch on during summer . The room was super hot ?

Karina and the staff were great. They really went out of their way to be sure that you were comfortable.
The front desk manager... horribly unhappy man. He was very rude with us about the room AC and accused me of having a conversation over the phone that I absolutely did not have. He was enough of a negativity that we considered not returning in the future as a guest. However, Karina stepped in to make things better.

I liked the proximity of the hotel to the beach and the view from the terrace of the restaurant. I traveled with family and it was important for us that we had a lot of space in the family room. The quality of all the services was very good: tasty food, cleanliness, quality entertainment in the evening. My daughter appreciated the evenings with mini disco and I liked the live music and the oriental dance show. The indoor pool is nice and I enjoyed also the Turkish bath. It was very convenient that we were able to book trips directly from the agent from the hotel. We picked the trip to Düden Waterfalls and kaleiçi and we made great memories. Great value for the money.

Location.
Excellent beachfront location with direct access to a long, beautiful promenade - perfect for walks at any time. Located in Konyaaltı district of Antalya, with shops, markets, restaurants nearby. The Old Town is about 25–30 minutes away by direct public transport.
All-inclusive.
One of the best all-inclusive experiences our family had. A wide variety of fresh and tasty food at all meals, plus late breakfast, late lunch, snacks, and night soup - always something available. The 24/7 bar offers good cocktails and drinks.
Staff.
Very friendly, polite, and helpful staff across all areas (reception, restaurant, kids club). Great animation and evening shows.
Special thanks to Karina from Guest Relations - very attentive even before arrival and throughout our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade of our two standard rooms to a spacious King Suite with three separate bedrooms, which perfectly suited our family of six in one place. A lovely complimentary gift was also a nice touch.

The staff was the best part and they were so helpful. Shout out to Mert, bara and Nabila. The open bar was my favorite place at the resort then the pool. The Spa team were fantastic and I will totally be book g again with them. ?
I wish they had more activities to do during the off-season. The rooms are big but I think the quality doesn’t match 5 star however, I heard they renovating step by step.

Some of the staff were simply wonderful, namely the bar staff in the main lobby, one gentleman prepared the best pistachio milkshakes for my daughter with lots of whipped cream! One lady in the restaurant went above & beyond when I said I did but want to sit inside in a canteen like environment but outside on the terrace, which was shut for maintenance. Ironically for a family hotel, the smokers got the best terrace!
Some of the staff were awful. Being told I could not enter the restaurant to get a snack in a dressing gown - a man's one, so maximum coverage, over my swimsuit - the outside snack bar was shut,.. construction work going on & guests having to carry their own sun loungers to sit by an empty pool, all taped off. I get it, it's low season but the hotel should realize the whole reason guests from Northern climes are visiting is they want to lie in the sun! Especially as there are no cultural monuments in the vicinity. My door of the bedroom didn't shut properly so we were woken constantly. I didn't appreciate Booking.Com saying my child went free but being charged an extra €75 for her. Especially since there was no working swimming pool. The buffet was very repetitive. I have never had to go out from a hotel where I have paid for all inclusive, but been so disappointed I have chosen to go out & pay for more food.

Great location next to the beach. Good spa area for free. Good buffet
Little outdated. Room sometimes smelled of sewage. AC felt like blowing hot air when it was set on cold but the weather was cool and we didn’t need it much. Hair dryer would stop working after a while. Indoor pool was cold.

I loved the staff and their availability and warmth. The hotel rooms are comfortable, the hotel is well situated next to the long sea embankment full of cafés. The animation team did a great job providing high quality animation every evening! Mini club and mini disco for kids was amazing and my daughter of 2 loved it!
The hotel is a city hotel and doesn't have much adjacent territory.

This resort was honestly amazing! The staff were so friendly, even before our stay, they messaged us to check in and let us know they were there if we needed anything. Sherin and Hala made the trip extra special for me and my mom ❤️they were genuinely so sweet and caring.
The room was super spacious, and there was always something fun going on, there’s a different activity every night (even on Valentine’s Day they gave out roses and it was themed). The food was really good too, and they switch it up daily so you never get bored. Drinks are included too!.
It’s right beside the beach, which is gorgeous, and you can take walks along the shore. They seriously have everything there a gym, spa, marketplace, and they’ll even help you call a taxi if you need one. Perfect place for families or anyone who just wants to relax and enjoy their time.
