Wonderful
First off, GREAT location in the heart of the restauarant/ Kalici area. You’re a few minutes from the beach and everything is walkable. The hosts were lovely, accommodating whatever we needed, plus for 800 TL took us to the airport at 0430 for a very early flight. The pool is there, probably usable, but it was still too cold, but it was nice to lay out next to. The room was good size and the only issue we had was getting hot water for the shower, which was solar powered, and unpredictable. The price we paid was most reasonable for this location, and we felt we got our money’s worth.

The location is a bit away from the main restaurant area but at a walking distance. Breakfast options were good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms are authentic caves and privacy is good. Good parking space. Value for money is good.
Bathrooms are a bit smelly being in caves. They don't replace water bottles.

It's a very charming and comfortable hotel in the middle of Old Town and very close to the sea.
The owner is keeping this hotel in a very good order: comfortable bed, good AC, very clean, washroom with everything you need, traditional breakfast and most important attention to the guests.
I have been to this hotel 3 times and if I need to come to Antalya I will stay there again, because I know I will be fairly taking care of.
Bonus: view from my room on the third floor with flowers. Top.

The location is the best thing. Next to all night life (bars, restaurants)

The only good thing about Sabah is the location and the pool. We didn't end up using the pool anyway, it is placed in an odd location near a parked car but I'm sure it is a great place to cool down on a hot day. Disclaimer: we had booked "double or twin room" so maybe other rooms are set up better/have renovated bathrooms.
The room had been renovated but the bathroom looks like it's straight out of the 1970's and it's not clean at all, it is falling apart. I find it bizarre that they have renovated the bedroom and put in a comfortable bed but the bathroom is so dismal, even the shower door doesn't close properly. Mould and cracks everywhere, insects coming in from the open window, what looked like bird droppings on the windowsill in the shower. The room is tiny but that's ok as the bed is new but the bathroom is horrendous. The attached restaurant has loud music until late in the night especially on weekends, which didn't bother us but I'm sure would bother many people, this is to be expected in the heart of the tourist centre of the old town. Staff was nowhere to be seen, just 2 security guards most of the time who were always on their phones. To check in and out we had to seek out staff members. We couldn't work out how the restaurant worked even if we wanted to eat there, there was never anyone around to ask. Upon check in we were just given the key and zero information - we had to find the wifi password on our own from the information on the table at the makeshift reception. We were given no top sheet to sleep with, just an empty quilt/duvet cover which wasn't even the same size as the bed, it barely covered both of us. Altogether a strange stay and I would suggest putting an extra $10 on your budget to stay somewhere more comfortable - we stayed just outside the city walls on our return to Antalya and found a fantastic place for the same price (no pool though).

I loved how the place gives a very home feel. Very comfortable room.
I didn’t like the bathroom. There is mould inside the shower and the whole bathroom is very outdated and small. However it serves it’s purpose and it’s comfortable to use

Regarding the room, it is small, but just right if you don't want to spend your holiday inside.
The mattress and pillows were comfortable!!!
Don't worry if there is noise from outside. At exactly 12 a.m. it becomes silent.
The pension is in the old town, so you have everything you need right there.
The water pressure from the shower could be better.
