The general staff at meals - front desk were often dismissive

Drink options should be there - many drinks did not even taste that good
More food options at the buffet - it was. Beef heavy - one day they made Adana kebab with lamb it ran out

It was a great resort hotel, with all facilities available. Food was good too with a wide range of items. Easy Access to beach. Nice staff.
Had to wait for the elevator. Very slow elevator and 1 of it was out of service from 4.

Very Good
Front staff was excellent. Facilities were amazing, food was good not the best but okay. Location was amazing! Dont miss out the beach front bar! I would come back. Also dont miss the ice cream!
Only downside was some of the staff were a bit off. Not sure its the people of Turkey of here in this property, but they seemed tired or exhausted, some of them barely talked. Of course there were amazing staff as well. Just general observation.

I didn’t like how the rooms and inside the hotel was almost humid and hot
I didn’t like that there are no actual events daily for people to hang out and experience..almost boring

Upon check in I was warmly greeted and was immediately assigned an "Assistant" to cater to my personal needs. It was an unexpected perk that was appreciated. This " all inclusive property also has a beach club in which all food and beverage is included on pristine part of the long strand of beach with picturesque views. The food for 3 square meals and snacks were top notch from local delicacies to standard fare. There was something for everyone and you could see the food being prepare a la minute, ie, a chef preparing menemen at breakfast as well as another chef preparing omelets at another station. There was even a chef rolling out simit ready to be baked. At night there was a grill chef preparing whole fresh sea breem and meat. Desserts were outstanding bar none. There are thoughtful vegetarian fare as well. The dining room staff could not be more astute and friendly. The wet Spa was disjointed because of the awkward and disjointed layout but the massage rooms and masseuse s were top notch. If I were in this part of Turkiye ever again, Rixos Downtown would be my go to!
The design of the Spa's wet areas were inconvenient and poorly designed. The "Hammam" was more of a marketing feature than a true Hammam with its true services. But....the juice bar was a great touch. Lastly, why no jacuzzi on property?

The property was very clean. Our stay here honestly exceeded our expectations. We lived our sty at Rixos downtown Antalya. There was so much to do at the hotel. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was exceptionally good also the service!

We stayed here as a group and were very satisfied. It’s an excellent hotel everything was good: delicious food, comfort, and a pleasant atmosphere. We’d especially like to mention the work of our manager, Anna Koposova she was very attentive, helped us with any questions we had, and made our stay even more comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!

The location is exceptional! It is only a short walk to the sea for a healthy person. My parents preferred taking the elevator. You can walk to the old town or along the beach. My kids (teens) felt very comfortable exploring the area. There is a street with some shopping as well if that’s your thing. All 12 of my family members felt very happy with this location!
The staff is OUTSTANDING! Anna and Maria helped us from the very beginning. They were quick, very professional. I didn’t have to ask or want for anything as they anticipated our needs and were there to assist. They made our stay at Rixos feel like home. Truly grateful.

The staff service. From the front desk to the bar waiters in the evening the service was impeccable. The heated pool was fantastic as was the service around the pool. The sea views from the room balcony were breathtaking. The gym and spa facilities first class. The variety of food choices for lunch and evening meal was excellent. The availability of premium brand drinks in the bar was very good. Short taxi ride (6 to 8 euros) to Antalya old town and bazar. LOL complimentary bus service allows a full day at LOL. Complimentary golf lesson.
The elevators take a long time during the peak times. One was out of service for 5 days of our 7 day stay. The evening entertainment was sometimes good sometimes bad ( matter of taste). There is no alternative for entertainment in the evening eg no games room bar for pool, darts etc.

The stuff specifically in the restaurant are great and friendly.
The rooms are poorly maintained. With old furniture and smells bad. We were very disappointed with our room. However, the other services were great. Everything was included that was great, but wasn’t worth the money? NO ABSOLUTELY NOT.

We really enjoyed staying at Rixos Hotel.
All staff members we interacted with were courteous and efficient. I would like to especially mention Mr. Hilmi Bilgehan from guest relations, who assisted us very helpful at any time from the first moment of our stay.
Food and drinks were very good.
The property is beautiful and well maintained every day.
We had an amazing panoramic sea view and very quiet room.

The hotel has a very convenient location close to the airport and in a great area. There is a promenade nearby and plenty of walking zones.
The view from the room was beautiful, and it was generally quiet.
The hotel grounds are very well maintained, with a nice and thoughtful landscape design.
Infrastructure:
In winter, the hotel feels overcrowded for its infrastructure. It is often difficult to find a free table in the dining area, and the food selection is rather limited.
The same issue applies to common areas in the evening — it is hard to find a place to sit, there are long queues at the bars, and drinks take a long time to get.
In the evenings, there is live music but no proper show program. Most areas are fully occupied, so we often had to leave or sit in other zones just to listen to the music.
Coffee lovers should be aware that all coffee is made by machines. There is a Starbucks machine, but for those who prefer real handmade coffee, this hotel is not a good fit.
Spa:
The spa area is also overcrowded. There are queues for juices, and sometimes there is no free space in the relaxation areas or in the hammam to lie down comfortably.
Kids Club:
The kids’ club is poorly equipped. There are very few toys, many of them are broken, and everything looks quite worn out considering the hotel’s name and positioning. During our 5 days stay, there was only one children’s show, so it felt boring for kids.
There is also a safety concern in the kids’ club due to the lack of a proper control system. Children can leave freely, and the staff cannot always physically supervise everyone, especially when one of them has to take a child to the restroom.
