Its vast and clean. It has got everything to make your holiday/ stay pleasant and comfortable.
I hope staff can make some eye contact and smile at the costumers / guests . We hardly see anyone make eye contact and say hello and smile. They all are very hard working staff no doubt about that.

Everything was up to the mark. They regularly change the menu item, which is really good. They have tasty food and many activities to do along the stay. You rarely need to go outside of the resort because they provide excellent facilities.

The straff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We got bumped up several floors as well as got excellent help as we had fellow travelers arriving long before check-in time - allowing them to use the facilities before check-in even.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable when it did work - there was always about a 15% packet loss no matter where inside the resort you tried it (with different devices). Our room was facing into the courtyard, making the noise from the evening shows hard to avoid - but these ended at a consistent time so were more of a temporary nuisance than a deal breaker

Great service from the moment we arrived up to when we left. All the staff were friendly. Aygul, from the guest relation team, was exceptional and very helpful. Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay.
Minor issues.Table tennis bats & balls could do with being replaced. And the lights should be brighter in the table tennis play area.

Amazing place particularly because it is all inclusive. Staff are all very lovely and very family oriented. There is lots of activities throughout the day both for adults and kids and entertainment at night. Loved how the beach was at our feet and so many available snacks and meals/drinks throughout the day. Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Antalya.
Rooms are a little outdated but this was not a problem.

I had an exceptional stay at the Porto Bello Hotel in Antalya, Turkey! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous with amazing amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. The service was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were truly remarkable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of local and international cuisine, prepared by some of the best chefs I've ever encountered. The rooms were spacious, luxurious and very comfortable, with an amazing sea view. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a first-class experience in Antalya. Overall, a truly exceptional experience!

I had a huge pleasure to stay for 3 days in this wonderful hotel. No regrets for choosing this one from thousands hotels in the city.
- Stuff on the reception was smiley and did everything to feel me comfortable and cozy.
- Food was amazing. A big choice of meals even for vegetarians and people who keep a diet.
- I got a gorgeous room with awesome view. Cleanup was pretty good.
- The sea is near to the hotel and swimming pool.
- Pretty big gym with all items you need.
- One of the best spa and massage Ive ever had.
- Poputation from over the world - Europe, Asia, America.
