The bar had good service. The waiters were nice in the dining area. They had nice piano music on some evenings.
The air conditioning in the rooms did not work. Had to open the door on the balcony to cool down the room.

Nice resort, food was decent for all inclusive, close to the beach.
A/ C didnt work even after complaining and the technician came to fix it. I wouldn’t personally call it a 5 star resort.

The food was really nice, drinks was good, pool area very clean and plenty of sunbeds , Irem guest relations manager was lovely and very helpful, always had a smile? and was always happy to help , spa was good pool not as hot as should be but ok , had a steam room and a sauna also a gym , all free apart from the treatments , the beach is just across the road but was shingle and not very clean , there's a couple bars close by hotel but apart from that there's not much to do around there .
Reception staff was quite rude and could have tried to smile now and then ? , only beer they had on all inclusive was draft if you wanted an effes it was €6 ! Cocktails wasn't up to much either best 1 was the Turkey dream !

It’s hard to put into words — we absolutely loved it. This is a true all-inclusive resort where you can just relax and switch off completely. The food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety, and the overall service was excellent throughout.
The resort itself has everything you need — private beach access with dedicated seating, indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, and even a club inside. There’s also a mosque within the resort, which was very convenient.
A really nice touch was that on every floor there were plenty of water bottles available, and they also stocked our mini fridge daily with Pepsi cans. It made things very comfortable without having to worry about basics.
Another thoughtful gesture was when they noticed my spouse’s birthday from our passports and surprised us with a small dessert along with a birthday card — really appreciated that.
The beachfront location is beautiful, and the overall vibe is calm, relaxing, and perfect for families.
A special thanks to Mr. Barış for helping us with taxi bookings and local tours, which made getting around very easy. Also, Ms. Iram was extremely helpful and always checked in to make sure we were comfortable. She even provided us with a portable fan.
Overall, this place is all about comfort and peace — just eat, relax, enjoy, and repeat. Still missing it already.
Would definitely return without a second thought.
A couple of small areas for improvement: the cooling system could be better until the central AC is fully operational, and the terrace grill/railing height could be increased slightly for better safety, especially for families with children.

It’s just across the beach with a lot of coffee shops nearby. We got an all inclusive family room. The room was spacious while balcony had the perfect view of the beach. Meal options were also good. Gym is decent while they also have an indoor pool.
The only thing I can mention was the room can get hot especially in the day as we visited early April. They gave us a fan and it solved our concern.

-The stuff is not friendly and supportive at all.
-In my view this is not five star hotel standards , old facility and bad service.
- there are variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner however the quality is not good .
- swimming bool and gym is not clean . The gym equipped with cheap machines not like other 5 star hotel.
Again they need to train thier stuff how to help and support thier guests .

Beautiful view from the room: mountains and sea!
Very tasty food, comfortable bed. Good spa and indoor swimming pool. When you travel off season it is very useful and pleasant opportunity.
Pillows may be a problem to those who likes flat ones

The location was fantastic, with plenty of cafés and bars nearby. The seaside promenade was beautiful for walks, and the sea itself was clean and stunning.
The hotel garden was lovely, sunny, and very well maintained, and there was also free parking available.
Our balcony had an amazing sea view, and the room was nice, comfortable, and very clean. The food was excellent—the buffet offered a wide variety of options, and there was something new almost every day.
The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Just outside the hotel complex there was a small café where we liked to go every morning after breakfast to sit, relax, and watch the beautiful sea with the sunlight reflecting on it.
Overall, the hotel is wonderful, and we will definitely come back.

Porto Bello is a great hotel to stay at in Antalya. It has all the facilities expected from a 5-star hotel—restaurants with delicious food and a wide range of food and drinks for every taste. It operates on an all-inclusive package, so you can eat and drink throughout the day.
There is a good spa center with a modern fitness club, hammam, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, and a Turkish bath. There is also a wide range of entertainment during the day, as well as evening shows.
I would especially like to thank the Guest Relations Department—Cristina, Alexandra, and İrem—who arranged for the room to be decorated for February 14 (Valentine’s Day), provided rooms located nearby with panoramic sea views, and made our stay at the hotel wonderful.
We would also like to thank the maid who beautifully decorated the room and created decorative swans out of towels for the holiday.
It is a hotel in Antalya with a relatively small territory and is located far from the old town
