Exceptional
I really liked the breakfast and the breakfast staff. Everyone there is very helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure you are having a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel, is in the heart of the old town with lots to see and do. They have live music at night, and a good crowd shows up. I have stayed at the hotel a few years ago, and I keep coming back.
The Wi-fi needs to have extended reach, but to be fair it seems like all of the hotels in the old town have similar troubles

Pleasant
The location is central; however, there is a lot of noise during the night.
The place is clean.
acceptable breakfast for 2 days, not a buffet tho!
the atmosphere of the restaurant is cute and nice!
The staff who bring breakfast are really nice.
Very disappointing check-in experience
Our check-in was surprisingly unpleasant. The receptionist on duty was extremely bad-tempered and impatient. As a host, you should treat guests with respect and answer their questions calmly, even if the system is slow or crashes. I asked a simple question, and she practically yelled at me to wait until she finished what she was doing. It was a terrible first impression. Bellboys were nice tho. Honestly, I didnt feel warm hospitality by any means, and this was not the only case but I dont want to write a novel here.
Be very careful with restaurant orders
Prices for some items are shockingly high. We ordered an espresso without checking the price, and it cost 10 euros, which is unreasonable by any standard. We returned it, but I strongly recommend double-checking prices before ordering anything.
Parking situation is chaotic
Although the hotel is centrally located in the old town, the parking system is very confusing. One evening, we asked the receptionist to confirm that the parking was open; he said yes without checking, which led us to circle a very busy narrow area twice before someone finally came to open it. The parking lot is shared with other hotels, and cars are parked in front of each other, making it easy to block each other. Communication between staff was also poor: at night they told us they would inform us if we needed to move our car, but in the morning the new staff had no idea what we were talking about.
Noise warning
If you’re sensitive to noise at night, avoid this hotel. It wasn’t a major issue for me personally, but anyone who struggles to sleep with noise should not book here. Very very loud noise coming to room until late night.
No lift but bellboys help you to carry the baggages.

Very Good
It’s old Boutique style hotel in the heart of the city which helps you to reach out important points for the city tour. There are lot of pubs, bars and restaurants around this hotel which makes it more happening and best option for young travellers. Families may find it bit noisy and hence make your choice accordingly. First night it was quite difficult for us to sleep as it was very noisy due to in-house dance and music party. Although hotel was generous and they shifted us to another room which was more comfortable and less noisy. Breakfast is amazing and provides you option for both veg and non veg.

Wonderful
We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great being close to restaurants, shops etc. The staff were friendly and responsive. The hotel itself is a lovely boutique establishment with a fulll time restaurant. The rooms were well serviced and clean.
I guess it comes with being placed amongst everything in the Old town, so be aware it is noisy especially at night with the night club being very close. However I will say that if like us the noise of hustle and bustle during the day doesn’t bother you, but you do like a good nights sleep, bring earplugs and it’s not an issue.
There are very strict rules of not allowing any food or drink from outside which we feel is a bit over the top.
We were there in the shoulder season, so not sure if this changes when it is hot, but the pool is basically inaccessible with the restaurants seating being pretty much up to the edge. I can’t imagine anyone would want to swim with onlookers so close.

Wonderful
The hotel is in a superb location with a whole host of Resturants,Shops,Bars & Stalls around. It's surrounded by lovely little streets that you can get 'lost' in without straying too far from the hotel. We did this a number of times, venturing further the braver we got!!
The room we had was really good and had an 'old world' charm about it, without being run-down. The facilities in the room were nice with TV and Fridge/Mini-bar and the complementary tea & coffee was something normally found in higher priced hotels!
The whole hotel has a lovey homely feel about it and there is a good resturant attached to it.
A special mention must go to the hotel staff, and in particular Mohammed who was on the front desk area. Mohammed showed us to our rooms upon arrival and guided us through the room facilities, explaining the charges for the mini-bar and the free tea & coffee. He came to our rescue on the day of our departure back to the UK. Unfortuantley I didn't realise that Boarding Passes couldn't be downloaded to my mobile phone so Mohammed worked with his colleague on the front desk and he found a way to send the email from my phone to the reception desk computer, and print the passes!! BRAVO!! Although we needed airport-printed passes in the end this saved us lots of worry during our last few hours in lovely Anyalya
All the other hotel staff including the cleaners were very friendly and although there was a language barrier, they always said 'Hello'
The breakfast was slightly overwhelming as there was so much of it! I hate to waste food so I felt slightly 'uncomfortable' at being given so much food at breakfast, but I DO fully understand that this is what a Turkish breakfast comprises of! Would a buffet service offering the same foods on a self-service basis be an idea to prevent waste?

Fair
Welcoming check in. Comfy beds. Good but leaky shower. Housekeeping staff very good.
Noise at night from loud music until midnight. Mediocre quality breakfast. For a hotel that expects international visitors, hardly any staff or waiters spoke THE international language(English). Tempramental hairdryer dismissed by staff member. Minibar in a fridge that doesn't work when key removed from slot (eg:all day) so may as well be in a cupboard.

Nothing because we can not sleep there. They sell room with bathtub but they don't have any room with bathtub. We have to change hotel and we lost money..this is a trap just to get more money. The boss is not honest. We are not the first with this problem and they don't change the announcement.

Friendly stuff, good location , tasty and rich breakfast. Our room was spacious with a nice pool view.
Loud music every night till arround midnight and that's when we would be able to sleep. It was not summer and i think it is too much. To be honest it was nice turkish music.

Artistically arranged rooms. Great Breakfast. Helpful staff.
Our room was cold, we had to run the heater most of the time. The bathroom did not have an extractor fan, the smell came into the room.

Hotel and breakfast are nice. BUT ITS SUPER LOUD UNTIL 1AM
Impossible to have a quiet night in.
On the weekends the noise from downstairs restaurant and the night club up the road continues until 1AM
THEREFORE I WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN

Very Good
Very cute hotel with great ambience in the dining/pool area. (Pool is open only during a portion of the day and is quite awkward--we saw a few friends using it, but it's mostly great for the vibe.) AC worked well and had strong dehumidifier (a bit too strong!). WiFi was excellent--the fastest we experienced in Turkiye. Breakfast included a full meze spread, although some dishes were a little lackluster. Very friendly staff who were happy to help with storing luggage, calling taxis, and the like. We received a notification from the property in advance about noise but it was not a problem for us. The restaurant area quieted down plenty early (early for us was midnight or so), and the nearby clubs with loud music were barely audible in our rooms. They wrapped up around 1-2am. Plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, market streets, and beach clubs within a 5-10 minute walk.
Beds were comfortable enough, but not my favorite. Not the best breakfast of our trip, but service was fast, breakfast was served quite late in the morning, and it was certainly pretty to enjoy! Rating 8/10 only because we learned after arriving in Antalya we may have been able to find similar quality for quite a bit cheaper.

Pleasant
Good location. Lovely staff
The music is VERY loud and goes on until late into the night. The pool is for show only - no one goes into it because the restaurant tables come right up to the edge. There is nowhere to relax and rooms are very dark.
