We were not told if we had breakfast
The mini fridge was not plugged in or did not work. Room needs better furniture. Need to tell in advance that there is no parking near or at hotel. Minimum 10 min walk from ottopark, if you can find at all. Spent hours looking for parking.

Great place! Clean room, nice location, kind personal. I was staying just for one night, and it was pretty comfortable, close to the sea, restaurants. I definitely will be back!
I didn’t have safe locker in my room but it was not a really problem for me

I had an amazing experience at Luna Hotel Kaleci! The location is absolutely perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to key spots. The food was delicious, and the ambiance added to the charm of the place.
A special shoutout to Buraq and his brother, who were incredibly kind and cooperative throughout my stay. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home.
The staff as a whole were exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay. I can’t wait to visit again!

The hotel is situated right in city center, all main points of interest are within 10-15 minutes walk. The personnel was quite helpful and present at all times, namely 24/7. Despite a bar being right at the ground floor, it is not noisy in the room, not sure how it works, but its a fact )))

Nothing. Awful place.
This was the dirtiest room I have experienced in a long time and trust me I stayed in many hostels. Hair everywhere, dirty walls and don’t get me started with bathroom. Disgusting. Plus the rooms are above restaurants so it´s very loud till 1-2am, but that comes with location.

Everything was fine, the location is great - plenty of bars and restaurants which also means that it gets quite loud at night so make sure you bring your earplugs :)

The hotel owner/staffs were very friendly and there is a restaurant owned by the Hotel just downstairs. Although, there is no lift in the hotel but the owner helped us to carry the luggage upstair. The location was perfect for younger people as it is just in the middle of busy old town and at night there are multiple beer places/restaurant downstair with very energetic vibes.
The room was a little bit small and stuffy, but you can always open the window.
