good location, bus stop nearby, friendly staff
breakfast becomes monotone after 3 days. I foud hair in the food (2 times)… staff speaks almost 0 english apart from 2 guys, the furniture is a bit old and the balcony door didn‘t closed even.

Location was great having easy access to all amenities. Breakfast was lovely and staff were really helpful especially Millet, Yousef and Erman. Can’t thank them enough for all their help. Rooms were clean with daily housekeeping service.

The staff were incredible, they’re very attentive and are there for whatever you need. The breakfast is really good as well. Loved the bikes that are provided and the front desk attendants were friendly and offered great recommendations.
I didn’t like the thin blankets. But we asked for another and were accommodated immediately. I also don’t like that smoking was allowed by the pool, a lot of people smoke so I get wanting to cater to their needs, but it was just annoying dealing with second hand smoke whenever I wanted to sit by the pool.

The staff was wonderful and very friendly—they helped me with all of my requests. They even provided beach towels, a level of service I usually expect only from 5-star hotels.
But no matter how great the service is, the facilities are wearing out. The shower head was broken (the metal coating was worn off), and there were gaps between the tiles that collect dirt and start to smell after you take a shower.
The main issue, however, was the air conditioning. They use a good model that doesn't turn on until the internal unit is cooled, so you don’t get a bad smell. But the inside (cooling part) was black and moldy I only checked it at night after my nose got blocked, and I didn’t want to bother anyone.
The rooms are also small—you probably have less than one meter between the bed and the wall.

Helpful and polite staff, very good breakfast, nice location with easy access to the sea-front and a big shopping-mall, cozy home-like atmosphere, tea/coffee in the room, unlimited drinking water from the reception.

I came to Antalya for treatments at a clinic. The company had already included another hotel but I chose to go to Lets Stay as wanted a peaceful serene place to stay while I recovered.
Wow! What can I say... This charming cosmopolitan style hotel was an absolute dream. So peaceful but close to numerous upmarket restaurants and bars. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from reception to the cleaners & the other amazing staff. Always so friendly but also could see when all you wanted to do was sneak off to your room after surgery. Breakfast was perfect and deliciously freshly made. My room was perfect.. everything I needed was right there with fresh bedding spotlessly clean & so quiet. I slept better here than at home which is rarity in any hotel across my well travelled world.
I could go on and on and I have to go back in a few months time so I will stop there for now and look forward to my stay in a few months time.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Letstay Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the breakfast was a delightful start to each day. Our room was impeccably clean, and the location near Lower Duden Falls was ideal. The sauna and hot tub, complete with Netflix on the TV, provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Flight delayed for 2 hours, baggage went missing for 2 hours, the taxi driver toke a much longer route, but when i arrived at the hotel, the welcoming was so great i found peace again.
Clean room, hot shower, fresh bed, quite night and decent breakfast was what i needed to start my stay in Turkey well.
The manager and the staff are very decent, honorable and hard working people, if u be good to them, they will be very good to u.
