Nothing, except for the beach area (there is no sand) but views are beautiful.
The amenities are absolutely trash. they had closed the swimming pool for a private event. The spa and hammam is overpriced and not worth at all. Don't fall for the pictures - they gave us a room behind the actual hotel building- it looked more like a serviced apartment and informed us this is a new extension of the hotel. The staffs are very obviously racist and extremely rude.

The property itself was perfect . They are lucky with the area and how they did the beach bar is amazing
Terrible that cats are allowed to walk over tables where the cutlery is for breakfast. With their dirty feet they touch plates knives forks and even ur glasses. Very sad that its super unhygienic! Advice for other people dont take the breakfast there as you dont know if a cat already peed on the table or not . Also we were harassed every time we entered the hotel for massages

This hotel is nasty. It's dirty everywhere, behind the bar, the tables at the beach. There was a leftover fruit plates at the beach from the night before and flies they brought. There was no towels at the beach and when asked they said we can get towels "maybe" in 30 minutes or so. Breakfast was a joke, there is bunch of tasteless veggies and fruit. No honey on the supposed honey platter, probably too expensive for them. They went with Strawberry Jam instead. Coffees is of course not included in the breakfast, you have to pay for it. In case you don't have a converter for your plugs, you of course have to pay extra for that and they only had 1 left for us. Rooms are old, was probably made this way 20 years ago and I m not sure if it ever deep cleaned since than. Stuff is not friendly, don't even bother asking a question, they probably don't have the answer and they will suggest you to look online. Save yourself some time and just look online. We booked it for 4 nights and decided to leave after the first night and they refused to give refunds for the 3 days we are not staying. However we are still leaving.

Room was adequate and did the job. Blanche beach club was very nice, right on the water. Beautiful view.
My pre-organized airport transfer never arrived. Never got a follow up to what Happened to it either . All staff seem to not be very clued up on anything. Check-in was a little shakey with random bouts of information given to us while the one receptionist is struggling to help us with our bags up the stairs. No doormen or porters to assist. He said he upgraded our room ( ok fair enough - average upgrade ) but then sent us to a room that was not ready with anything ( no sofa bed made up, no toiletries, no mini bar or water ) the poor housekeeping guy had to rush to get it done for us when all we wanted was to go to the pool.
The pool.. not well set up at all. All lounge chairs are sorta in one corner and you have to grab it yourself. Very weird. Pool towels / beach towels are very broken and run down. Staff at breakfast and some at Blanche not very knowledgeable with whats allowed and whats charged extra. Just not a great experience all round. The room did the job because we were out all day. No housekeeping or water restock during our stay - had to call every day for water. Hotel has Such potential but run so badly.

Property was clean and very good located. Hotels beach is clean and very nice. This beach is not for children. This is only for adults. Efe is very good guy! Many respects!!! Also very good that they have spa and massage for really good price.

Aircon not working, we have to open window to sleep, but downstairs restaurant got people talking whole night and cannot sleep, and I request for ear plug also dont have.

the location and view
the beach was closed and we were not told. we had to pay for other beaches accessed by taxi.
the staff were useless. the pool was unattended and half closed under a cover
we were on the 4th floor under the restaurant and at 10 pm they played incredibly loud music until midnight and we complained they did nothing until we got dressed and went up ourselves
service at breakfast was slow tables not laid and we were not told what was available for example fruit juice
the pictures of the pool give entirely the wrong impression
when we complained the beach terrace was closed they blamed booking.com
we chose this hotel to swim in the sea and it was closed
we had a junior suite which did not have a sitting area in fact only 1 chair

the Place where its situate is really nice and have a lot of facilities nearby to the big mall only 1,2 km ( a good easy 15min walk)
the architecture of the hotel looks really nice, its clean and the pool at the rooftop is enjoyable.
they have their own privat beach which is cool,
workers are friendly and the manager Evren Tegmen was unbelievable to us and make our stay real easy and comfortable.
And to finish a little plus for the massage crew :)
the gym is kind of small but enough when you know what to do.
they have to upgrade the tea sort

Spa very nice with professionals but extremely costly as prices reach thousands of euros.
Unfortunately the private beach area was closed for refurbishment. This beach is litterally the reason for us to have booked this hotel specifically so it was a huge disappointment. We should have been notified since the booking was done months in advance. No compensation or other service provided.
