- staff do not speak english
- very noisy room (noise from inside and outside)
- no soundproof doors
- very very firm matress + pillow
- no table lamp or some small light
- after 4 nights I definitely felt drained and was super excited to leave
Generally I would not recommend this accomodation for more than 1 night
I am not demanding guest, all I need is comfy bed, quiet, and helpful staff.
I was disappointed. :(

Staff was very friendly- always said hello to us when we returned to the hotel and remembered our names. He was at the reception even late at night (3-4am) which made us feel safe and gave us relevant info about the pool and breakfast opening times. Everything is very clean, especially the showers. The location is a few minutes walk from the beach (and at an ideal place in Konyaalti Beach. If you're staying here, I recommend Iba Cafe which is a short walk on the main road from here, as well as Luna Gardens in Kaleici.
They provide hand soap and foaming shower gel but no separate shampoo. This wasn't a major problem- the foaming wash seemed like a 2in1 and didn't dry my hair much so for a short trip, it wasn't too inconvenient,

This is a good hotel in terms of price and quality. The hotel is located on a quiet street, and not far from Konyaalti beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a late check-in and did not experience any problems. The buffet is varied. There were plenty of fruits and vegetables. The room is bright and does not smell of cigarettes.
The toilet lid was not screwed on. The table is not intended for working at, since there is a refrigerator underneath.

Quiet location, comfortable room, friendly staff, close to the beach and grocery shops. Kept clean on a daily basis. Good enough for the price.
No soundproofing whatsoever! I was lucky enough not to have noisy neighbours. Your mobile phone conversations can be easily overheard by the people next door.
