This hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and rooms on the first floor. This is more like a restaurant than a hotel. It was not what I expected. One night they had live music in the restaurant, and it was difficult to sleep in our room because it was too loud. The location of this hotel is excellent, and the area is lively, so I would give it extra points for that. Overall, it was a good experience mainly due to the hotel’s location.
Noise from the restaurant can disturb your sleep. Also, the roads are quite narrow, and I had to return my rental car a day earlier than planned because parking in that area is difficult.

Location and value.
This is just to manage expectations. Our stay was good enough for two nights. No true hotel staff, no front desk, not a hotel by any means. Restaurant personnel handled check-in. Only four rooms in the "hotel" on the 2nd floor above the restaurant. No pool, it's only for restaurant atmosphere and breakfast available, but not included. Still very convenient and good value. I wouldn't recommend for families, but i would still recommend as long as you know what to expect.

Excellent location- very good restaurants, walking distance to rocky beaches and a lovely marina, many opportunities for excellent, guided day trips

More of a B&B rather than a true hotel - only 5 rooms above a seafood restaurant, no dedicated reception, entry between the restaurant tables on a flight of stairs at the back of the room.

The girl at reception desk was lovely and incredibly helpful.
The booking said double bed and single bed, but room had double bed and sofa bed. They were comfortable but I think the description should be updated to reflect reality.
It would have been good to know there was live music downstairs until midnight (3 out of 4 nights), as this made it difficult to relax/sleep until early hours of the morning.

The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. The place is really centrally located and you can reach everything by foot.
Check-in is late (14.00).
The restaurant below the hotel it’s of the same property. Unfortunately they blast the music from 22.00 to 00.00 and it feels like the band is in your room. It’s really annoying if you want to rest. I fell like it should be stated in the description before you book here so who needs to sleep early can decide to go elsewhere. To bad for the music because otherwise it would have been a good stay.

We had a slight issue with the room TV connection, to which they attended to quickly & had it sorted out within a few minutes.

Such a great location, in the heart of Kaleici. The location (above a restaurant) seems odd, but it was such a non-issue and was just such an easily accessible spot for us to come and go. We travelled with our young children and they loved the location and the area overall. We stayed only 2 nights but we felt so at home! Special thanks to Yuksel, who showed us such kindness and warmth. We arrived quite early and expected to drop our bags and find somewhere to wait it out, but she ushered us off to a cool bedroom and told my girls to have a rest. So appreciated after a long and busy travel time. Rooms are spotless and beds very comfortable.
It wasn’t an issue for us at all, but there is loud music till about midnight which might bother light sleepers.

I liked the hotel so much, for me kervan hotel exceeded my expectations, starting from the location, the hotel is located in a central area closed to many amenities and very active area day and night surrounded by all kinds of restaurant and shops, close to the beach and 8 minutes walk from the main road, and not so far from the airport. I liked the location very much, people consider the area as one of the day tripa that they need to visit, and i was happy to live their all the time during my stay.
The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are large and well prepared, staff are so friendly, I would like to thank them for the nice friendly hostality, the only negative thing is that the hotel has a night music show in its resraurant, some people can consider it noisy but i liked it as i can listen to a nice music for free and was not loud to disturb me.
I can not comment on the food as my booking did not include any meal but the food in the private restaurant was amazing.
