The family were super friendly. I was in Antalya for dental surgery so this small hotel was perfect. Clean and adequate. I would definately stay again.

The staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the room, the hotel, needs a complete makeover! It is tatty and outdated. The Wifi didn't work for most of my stay.

It’s a good value for the money. Mattresses were old and squishy, I could barely do Wi-Fi WhatsApp call, ok for browsing but not for calls or zoom videos. Breakfast was almost ok, again for this money it was fine. There is Thu marker right next on the parking lot. Wed market - 15 min walk from the hotel. Beach is 5 min walk - it’s nice and clean.

Nice hotel in the quiet location, family that run it are wonderful people, so approachable and helpful
Breakfast was good with fresh cheese, vegetables and olives.
If anything could be improved it’s bed and bedding as sleep is so important when you’re away

Staff don't speak English, I asked about water because I had an early departure, but staff couldn't do anything for me. Really noisy air conditioning, I couldn't sleep because I heard air conditioner from another room.

Kartal Hotel, Antalya
My stay at **Kartal Hotel** in Antalya was truly memorable, largely due to the exceptional hospitality of the staff and the hotel's perfect location. From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was comfortable . Damla is the best part of the Kartal experience. Their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest from start to finish. They were always ready to assist with a smile, offering great recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, everyone was eager to help and ensure that I had everything I needed.
The hotel itself is also fantastic. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering beautiful views of either the sea or the city. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore Antalya, as it’s close to the beach, local markets, and key attractions. Despite being centrally located, the hotel provided a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation after a long day.
Overall, I highly recommend Kartal Hotel to anyone visiting Antalya. The combination of an excellent team, great location, and comfortable facilities made my stay one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I will definitely return on my next trip to Antalya!

The staff members were super nice and helpful.
The location is central. It's near a gorgeous beach and restaurants.
The hotel shuttle is cheaper than taxis
The staff recommend tours which were all good
The bathroom is old and need renovation;
The wifi is extremely poor;
The sheets and towels are worn and need to be change;
No one clean your room or change your towels or replace soaps;
To iron you have to take your clothes to the second floor to use a iron that stationary; and
No one speaks proper English, hence it's hard communicating.
