I loved everything in hotel and really good transfer from hotel (transportation), cause I didnt know which terminal and the owners knew everything and were waiting for me. The price is better than to take Uber, really thank you)

The staff were so lovely and helpful.
They changed my room to a much better one, and were very obliging with requests.
Excellent proximity to beach, restaurants and supermarket,. Also a nice long walk to the Old Town along the beach.
It was quiet and comfortable.
Would definitely come back
The photos show a swimming pool, but there was no water.
The photos show a lush breakfast with fruits and a lot of choice, but it was very basic and the same every day

Location was excellent - short walk to beach, restaurants, cafes, chemist and supermarkets.
Lovely garden to sit, watch the neighbourhood and local kittens.
Food market in the square right outside on a Thursday.
Staff are all very friendly and accomadating should you need anything.
Good breakfast too, very filling. Plenty of tea and coffee. Served 08.00-10.00 which is great if you want a lie in.

Initially on entering the room it smelt unpleasant, looked as though not been cleaned or the bedding changed.
Visible marks on sheet and duvets.
On asking for the room to be cleaned and the bedding changed the room was excellent.
Small balcony with chairs, fridge and tv - could benefit from having a kettle, however you can ask for hot water.

The owner and his family were very friendly and took time to talk to me about Antalya, which I had never visited. The owner became the shuttle driver whom I easily reserved the night before to drive me to the airport. The Turkish breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, warm (important in January), bed comfortable, refrigerator perfect to store my groceries for meals when I was not eating out, a lift available, very affordable; it was an ideal place for a 4 day stay. When I return I hope to stay there again.

The room was cosy with balcony and amazing view of mountains. The location is good, Konyaalti beach is in a walk distance from the apartments. And I should admit very hospitable staff of the hotel

The location is very close to the beach.
We were 2 persons, and the room had 3 beds. It was so small to put our luggage in. There weren't enough utilities in the room, but a shared iron with the entire hotel.

The location is very good, the value for money is high. The place fits the photos and is clean, and the staff are friendly, especially that a family runs the place, Dalma and her father and mother at the reception and making the breakfast! The place is simple, but clean and the AC is good. If you're there for bed and breakfast, not looking for a fancy bar or a big pool, go ahead, no need to pay hundreds on your stay, this place is enough!

Damla and her family were very kind and welcoming. It's a great place to stay if you want to spend time at the beach and do hiking in the nearby mountains. The hotel is clean and I could clearly see they pay attention to it. I recommend this place if you are looking for a basic yet comfortable option in Antalya close to the beach. There is a great fish place as well around the corner, Balikci Murat, also worth a try!
When I arrived, I felt smoke in my room, however when I opened the windows the smell soon went away so I didn't signal this to staff. I really can't say there was anything that caught my attention in a negative manner in particular!

Since I liked this hotel and the hotels owners, I decided to come back again, for the second time, as a guest. The hotel owners are exceptional, and they helped me with the airport-hotel transfers (the price for airport shuttles is very good and I highly recommend), and with other requests which I had during my stay. Once you get to know the hotel owners you will feel like you are part of their family. I like this hotel because it is very quiet, clean, and safe. The rooms are spacious, with a balcony, and equipped with TV, refrigerator, and air-conditioning. Kartal hotel is very close to the beach (about a 10-minute walk) and to many restaurants and shops. The hotel has a beautiful inner garden with a pool and shower where you can relax or eat there is the possibility to order food from restaurants. I felt very good staying at Kartal hotel and definitely will come back again for my holidays.
