We liked the location, because it is close to the sea. Also, we liked the attitude of receptionists, they are very helpful and friendly ?and, the price is fair.
The photos are much better than the reality. This hotel was probably very good, when it was opened, but at the moment it is in very bad condition. At least the room for 4 people, that we booked, needs to be renovated asap. Also, the cleaning is poor(

The location and the guy from the front desk was nice.
They gave us the wrong room, very small. They told us they don’t have any room with with king bed, but in the description they say that there is a king bed in the room.
They changed us to other room (with desk but also without king bed) but completely dirty. The floor was full of chocolate, the bedsheets dirty…

The Apart was on the 4th floor. No lift and very narrow dangerous stairs. The pool had very cold water.

Location it’s really nice
Staff doesn’t speak English,very hard to communicate.The payment doesn’t pass through booking,on reception they offer pay by terminal and break your payment on many parts,that your bank will charge additional commission for transactions.For all entire stays nobody cleaned my room. The hotel premises are unsanitary due to cat pee that can be smelled all throughout the front area. They don’t change towels on a daily basis unless requested but also has to be requested at a certain time.. Toiletries are to be requested as well and not provided daily.. The bedsheets aren’t cleaned, one of the pillowcases are stained, possibly something that looks like blood. Trash isn’t collected as well so, be prepared take out your own trash.. Light bulb isn’t working in one bedroom and AC filter isn’t well maintained.. Bed is uncomfortable and pillows are crappy… Toilet smells and bathroom hardwares are broken.. Shower drainage are clogged…Wi-Fi wasn’t working good the whole entire time of our two weeks stay.. Breakfast is the same everyday.. sliced bread, boiled eggs, canned ham, cucumber,tomatoes and olives are served every single time and sometime bread is not available or not fresh. The tea container isn’t cleaned properly, there was a day that water deposits had accumulated in it … Before I forget to mention that there is no elevator so we had to lift our 6 heavy luggage’s up to the 3rd floor .. In short, it’s not worth staying in this hotel.

good location, 7-10 min to the beach, really calm and quite district, the interior doesn’t seem too old, bedsheets and towels are clean, there was a balcony, which we liked very much, aaand the little stove area and all the dishes, so we could cook for ourselves
the breakfast wasn’t starting at 8:30 as it written at their policy, some days there is no cucumbers or eggs for breakfast (even though i accidentally saw them in the fridge, oopsie), we stayed there for 5 nights, and they didn’t do the room service, sad,sometimes i had to ask for toilet papers or trash bags, once i asked the cleaner lady to borrow vacuum cleaner, and make it for myself. also sad, but cleaner lady was very polite, in general it’s fine.

Old Hotel with old facilities, broken showers, and no working air conditioner, breakfast was hmm how it says so boring (cucumber, tomatoes, olives, cheese, and sausages) every single day. Cleaning in the room never came, and they didn't change the towels I needed to ask for toilet paper… small rooms, and nothing else to do in do hotel. I won’t visit this place again.
Not that far from the ocean. And the price is probably good for a lot of people.
