Cleanliness, to much cats inside the hotel, no AC in Lobby , very poor breakfast, pool not suitable for swimming and not clean, rating inflated not dervesrve more than 7.

Good location, near Migros, 10 min walk to the sea. Responsive staff. There is a refrigerator. WiFi is quite good, but in the evenings and on the balcony there is almost none.
The audibility in the room is excellent, there are large cracks under the doors. Although it is stated that smoking is prohibited in the rooms, the entire hotel was constantly smoked. In a triple room, two guests were given 1 key card to the room. There is no elevator, well placed on the ground floor. There are no cups in the room, few hygiene items. A small closet with three hangers. Tea was running out on a regular basis, and the coffee machine often stood neatly covered with a cloth (on the penultimate day before departure, everything worked). In the late afternoon, problems with hot water are already beginning.

We stayed there for 8 days in August we were family and booked 2 rooms beside each other
First the staff: what we love the most in the hotel ..very friendly they make us feel at home very helpful even in the mid night as the reception is 24 hours
- Location: is amazing walking distance from every thing 7 minutes to the beach near from bus stops, supermarkets,restaurants,cafes it is 20 minutes from the airport by car you can ask them to transport you from and to the airport with reasonable price
- breakfast : the variety is not that much but fresh homemade food and fresh fruits from the back yard of the hotel or the
- rooms : clean and small room but like all in Antalya but you will find every thing you need even the room service to clean the room is available upon your request free( hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, towels, blankets,some rooms have fridge and some don’t have , slippers, balcony) I prefer if they but kettle but you can ask for boiled water from them

I have to say the hotel room is really dirty. The sheet is wrinkled, like it just came out of the dryer without being ironed. There are blood and hair on the sheets and towels, which is really disgusting. Even though they changed the towels, they were still dirty with blood spots. There is leaking from the bathroom roof, so you get drops on you when you sit on the toilet. Almost nobody uses the swimming pool because it's dirty with stagnant water, and it seems like it is not equipped with a cleaning system.

Staying 3 days in this hotel met all our expectations and even more. The staff provided us with everything we needed. Next morning at breakfast time the owner personally welcomed and greeted us. He was so kind to us and always asked if we needed anything or not that was so amazing. The room is cleaned by request. The breakfasts are standard but delicious. There is a 24\7 tea\coffee in the lobby, There is also a working space in the lobby where I was working with my laptop late in the evenings. The triple room we stayed in was standard with a balcony that had everything we needed, but we were spending most times outside at the beach or exploring the city and just coming to the hotel for sleep. The hotel provides a taxi service right to\from the airport. And we'd like to thank you the staff for letting us to leave our baggages in the hotel as our flight was late in the evening. Thank you for everything, and a special big thank you for Marcus at the reception who helped us with lot of things and we had great talks time to time. I hope he will achieve all his goals and his dreams will come true as well and wish him all the best in life, he is so nice, friendly person with great personality. Thank you

The location is perfect, and the rooms are quite nice. It's well-suited for solo travellers and for those who intend to have a good B&B accommodation facility for a low price.
The breakfast was a bit less varied than I expected (for its price), and the rooms may sometimes not be spacious enough for big families/companies. It solely depends on the tastes of the traveller whether to accept this or not; for me, it was fine.

The hotel has been redecorated and it feels like a new place. Its location is very convenient for the beach, the promenade and the Aquarium. The staff was very friendly.
