Good day! The hotel is simply a magical place. Excellent location in a quiet center. The beach is two blocks away, aquarium parks and museums, the historical center is a couple of kilometers away. Great price for a spacious, equipped, clean room with excellent views of the mountains and the city. And special thanks for the delicious Turkish soup from the hotel owner!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Walkable distance to the beach and bus stop to get the centre. There was issue connecting to WiFi but they resolved it immediately. The staff arranged Taxi for airport transfer (Yellow Taxi which is cheaper then private shuttle). Had a balcony/smoking area.
Lighting would have been better. Very old shower tub and one of the side was broken & so had to adjust everytime before starting the shower.

The hotel provided good, nutritious breakfast. The location is excellent: close to the beach, to good cafe and restaurants. The hotel staff was very caring.

The staff was very kind and helpful. I must mention one man (unfortunately forgot to catch his name) who was kind enough to print our boarding passes for us.
The bathrooms could have been a bit more cleaner. There was a small window at the top in the shower cubicle facing the building opposite. Probably there for ventilation , however it made us very conscious whenever we were showering. We made sure to use it during the day as I am sure during the night someone from the opposite building will be able to see through the window.

Its proximity to the beach is a plus point and cordial staff
Its not the standard 3 star hotel we expected , didnt have a lift had to carry luggage till 2 nd floor not advisable for senior travelers , not much amenities in the room

All. It's very dirty hotel. Bathroom is full of insects. Very expensive for the price that I paid.
Shower cabin is broken. It's just awful place. Do not stay here...

The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and to the restaurants and markets so it was easy to get everything needed at any time , the room views were amazing and the manager Sava was exceptional, hands down one of the best hotel managers I've ever came across and i will definitely be going back because of him.
absence of the elevator but that wasn't an issue a little workout doesn't hurt

Staff were amazing, anything we needed they helped straight away, room was exactly what we needed, and the pool and bar area is so nice for relaxing after a day out.
