A clean hotel with delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Its close to the beach and a short way by taxi to the city cemter. Great restaurants around there and it feels like a safe and quiet area. The price was very good and much lower than other hotels with the same standard.
The fridge could have had electricity all day , not just when we were in the room.

Hotel staff is very helpful with every type of issues, even people who didn't quite understand English language. Location is great, only 5 min from the beautiful beach, a lot of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Rooms are a bit small but we only slept there so it was enough. If something is missing in your room just ask about it at the reception (we asked for a glasses and kettle and received it immediately). We liked the breakfasts there. Huge thanks for booking us the taxi at dawn.
Location near the mosque can be quite troublesome with loud prayers 5 times a day. Bathrooms should be renovated and cleaned better.

I have never seen such an attitude towards a client. This is my third time in Antalya, and I have never encountered such savagery. Boss are very angry, rude and aggressive like savage. Do not ask him anything. Everyone heard him shout aggressively after I asked that the fridge doesnt work. He said: Take your money and get out! I dont know the rules, terms and conditions on how to use the hotel, because its not written anywhere. The room is smelly, the toilet is dirty, black urinal stone. Air conditioning overhead, I have never seen such absurdity. No hot water in the sink. They offer use worn slippers. No minibar. No cattle, the fridge doesn't work. Mould in the shower. Rust. Fallen wallpaper. The room's key was blocked 4 times...no apologies, any explanation. Poor food, mainly sausage, eggs and the cheers and it is the same, added food yesterdays, every single morning. There are no emergency exit signs. No fire-smoke alarm detector. The phone in room doesnt work, cannot call emergency. The Hotel must be inspected asap.

Overall, the buffet breakfast was quite good. Turkish style. Location wise, it met our expectations. 500m away from Konyaalti beach. Adjacent to a building under construction, the pool area is small yet nice. You can have a good time in there.
At check in, Hotel owner / main representative attempted to charge 3,40 (100 lira) extra on top of the final price. Inaccurate conversion rate. Cheeky. Room's cleanness was atrociously bad. My wife had to buy bleach so we could use the bathroom / toilet / shower. Bed sheets, cover and pillow cases were dirty and hairy. Nasty front desk staff. No English spoken. God bless Google Translator. I requested a new bed setting and the night shift receptionist answered rudely, staring me down. Like i was being picky and annoying by bothering his TV time. No joke! The electricity stops working once the room card is off. ( including fridge and sockets). Permanent lightning throughout the night. One bulb switched on 24h. We stayed 3 nights.

the only positive thing in this hotel is the location, close to few facilities in Antalya.
the staff are not friendly at all, they were rude, most times there was nobody in the reception, as the owner was managing the hotel reception and he was always playing backgammon in the hotel garden outside. in the first day in the hotel the room access card did not work, we could not access our room, I went around searching for the owner to activate the card, he was playing backgammon and I had to wait few minutes until he finished his game. He was upset and rude. Our room 207 is dirty most time, with toilet seat dancing, shaving socket connection is dangerous (all wires exposed) and there was no insulation between the upper room toilet and our toilet, we heard all the speech of the people live above us. The fridge is not working, when I asked them to change the fridge or the room they said all fridges in the hotel are not working. On booking.com they provided lots of facilities in the room, they are lying, as we did not find any, i.e. no kettle, no ironing kits, fridge is not working, the safety box was in the hotel reception and it works with 2 keys master key plus personal key, so any time you need to access your valuables, you have to search and wait for the owner to get the master key. Most times he was rude as we interrupt his backgammon game time. The hotel was terrible, for that we found most of the residents were local people, we visited Antalya few times but this was the worst experience at all. i do not recommend this hotel to foreigners as it is not worth the money paid for the stay.
