We stayed at the Holiday Inn Antalya in December and were fully satisfied. The service is genuinely high-quality, with attentive staff, and we even received a complimentary coffee voucher at check-in. The rooms are comfortable and match the price and quality one hundred percent. The breakfasts were a pleasant surprise for this price range. A great choice for a calm and comfortable stay.

I originally booked for two nights, and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is spotless and well-maintained, with an excellent location just minutes from the sea, the airport, and the city center. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Azza. From the moment we arrived, she was professional, respectful, and genuinely caring. She made sure we were comfortable and truly went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.
Because of this, I decided to extend my stay for two more nights. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional — the amazing breakfast, the welcoming and helpful staff, the stunning view from our room, the perfect location just few minutes from the beach, and the excellent hotel facilities. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay for two more days!

Beautiful and cozy hotel, with great breakfasts. I especially liked the peaceful atmosphere in there. We had a twin room, the room is small, but very cozy, there is everything you need. We are grateful to all the staff for their responsiveness.

The staff was very helpful and solved our problem with the broken kettle immediately. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious and in great variety, a mix of local cuisine with some regular dishes familiar to everyone like pancakes or french fries. We received a great support from the guest relations department with planning our leisure activities from booking a day trip to overall questions about public transport and taxi service.

You may want to check the room before the payment for this particular Holiday INN branch.
The confusion about rooms naming may be unintended or intended (cheap rooms dumping).
You may want to avoid the "Standard Double" room as far as it seems to be a downgrade even for the "with view" room.
Details:
Usually, one checks the room before the payment for unbranded places, and I decided to take the Holiday INN for higher price than most of the places around to save some time on the checks.They have "Standard Double" and "Standard Double with View".
I did not expect the sea view, but some view was enough for me for one night, so I did not even look at the room number, went to the room, and here we are. I would say the picture is something like opposite to "with the view".
Direct staring at the back of the "Holiday INN" sign may be a pleasure for the holiday inn staff, "the view," but for a guest, it looks more like a joke.
The person at the reception was rude from the beginning, without a badge. Later, he told me he was the manager.
So I looked at "the view", returned, suggested to change, and the stuff simply started playing "dumb":
-You can pay 3x price, and we will give you a better room.
-Here is the room on the 5th floor. It has 2 beds, but if you put the beds together, you will get exactly the same bed as you ordered. They, buy the way, called it "upgrade" and insisted that it is just the same experience when you put 2 beds together.
-You ordered too late (wtf that even means???)
-You are staying for one night right? (Assuming I can survive any room for one night wtf).
Here I tired a bit, left the baggage unpacked in the room (touched nothing), took a towel in the spa, and went to the beach.
On the beach, I recalled that I would not have any trouble finding another room, and the cancelling may make everybody happy.

Was a comfortable room spacious with balcony clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly, they have a whats app service for whatever you need and their advisor Alena goes the extra mile, plus the hotel has its own section in Lara beach and high is great
The breakfast doesn’t have fresh fruit and yoghurt, would expect that from a five star, but the rest of the breakfast is good
