Amazing location! Right on the beach, beautiful Mountain View, close to the city, historical district and many attractions. Hotel was very nice and offered so much. Very well kept with a good staff. I was impressed with the room, spa, restaurant, bar.

Food variety was great while taste and flavor were subpar.
Really dated rooms and bathrooms, have to be rehabbed a bit. My biggest disappointment was a bed! I specifically asked for a king bed and was told they have no room with the king bed, they just put together 2 full beds with a seam which you can feel.

I have traveled to different places this year and I can say that I was really satisfied with my stay in this hotel, all the employees were very kind and supportive and the hotel was very clean and tidy! We were very satisfied with the food during your stay and we will definitely choose this hotel in Antalya again!
It would be great if there were more dance shows!

Staff...I give 10 points Just For the STAFF...From Reception to Beach staff is actualy makes this hotel very special... Everyine at Reception, Room Cleaner ( sozz cant remember names ) Osman at the beach and Suleyman at beach bar is absolutely brilliant. Thank you
Beach... Its just full of STONES... It doesn't suit 5 star hotel and its awful. Sea has wawes all the time and getting in and out very difficult. Considering its private beach it would be perfect if they made golden sand and the bridge style walking, diving arch towards sea from the beach...

Size of the room is great , also the view over the sea, food is diverse and lot of choices .
The pool is big but is not heated so sometimes the water is reallly cold.
Staff were really nice and I appreciate that.
The beach is far enough to walk and transfer to the beach doesn t respect the schedule always.
Food is not always great and the hotel looks very old unfortunaltely.
The thing i think was the worst was the noise from the loud music lasting till 1 am in the morning. Was almost impossible to sleep with that noise. The windows are not soundproof at all ...

Absolutely fabulous food breakfast, lunch& dinner. The highlight of our week. Beach was nice just not across from the hotel , so expect a 7-10 minute walk in the heat. There is a shuttle, it runs every 20 minutes we used it twice as the wait was forever in the heat.
The music and noise at night that went on till 2am and sometimes 3am in the morning. It was exceptionally loud even with ear- plugs.
No consideration for guests and getting any sleep, they should have a cut off time of 12 pm. If its going to go on later put it in a room with at least some soundproofing!
If you are wanting a relaxing beach holiday this is not the place.

Staff are good and friendly, variety of foods
My reservation was based on free cancellation with payment at property which is more expensive, but the property started to demand payment in advance three days before check in through a payment link , otherwise they will cancel my reservation which confused me , they agree after many messages and correspondence to receive payment at property.
The second thing I did not like is that due to our late flight we asked for late check out, but this was not possible due to other reservations, we checked out on time , the reception staff immediately take out the hand band/bracelet, he didnt even offer to use any facilities, meanwhile same happened with us at Porto Bello Hotel Antalya but their attitude was great and appreciated as they kept on the hand bands and offer us to use all the hotel facilities all the day (except rooms) until our flight time which was at night

The.location, food and the staffs from main restaurant and bar. They go an extra mile to look after the guests and is a big asset to the hotel. Thanks to Sedat at the reception a very good human Victoria from guest relations and the Manager Victoria who helped us our last day and made our trip a wonderful one. I have travelled to many places and the staffs from main restaurant and the lobby bar were top class. I have admired the way the look after every guest. They made my trip a wonderful one. There is something always to eat and drink. Will definitely stay here if returning to Antalya and will not look for any other hotel. Thanks to Zem Zem from the bar who served us most of the days in the evening with a smile and looked after us very well. She is excellent.
can improve the room interior a little more but was not a problem at all for us as the service and food offered overrides everything.

The hotel is beach front and has a great location, tidy large and well equipped clean rooms , facilities are all available and comfortable, large pools and great service and atmosphere around . The food is so tasty and various in all meals . The animation team and all staffs are so welcoming and high service oriented.

Beautiful, clean hotel with many facilities and a great location.
The staff were friendly and the entertainment every night was nice and varied.
Loved that the minibar in the room was very well stocked on a daily basis and everything was free.
As a vegetarian, I felt we did not have many options food wise.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was great and in a huge variety. Drinks and more food between the meals. Was a treat.
We loved it all. But 2 small things to improve:
1. There's should be a tip box also for the waiters and bar keepers. Not only for the kitchen workers .
2. Safety sit in the taxi we ordered was really bad, old and actually unsafe. Get a proper one.
