Wonderful
The staff was very friendly. Very clean hotel. On the small side (its a boutique hotel) but everything seemed to be in the right place.
The bathrooms are small.

For a 2 star hotel it has a lot to offer, access to private beach( that is pretty nice) , the food was good quality .
The rooms were really small, noisy . The bed is really uncomfortable. It is not suitable for vacation with kids. I do not recommend even though they were nice , but because of the stairs ,they don t have lift, because they don t have a playground.

The Esperanza hotel was amazing, the staff were very friendly,attentative and helpful. Buffet Breakfast lunch and buffet dinner, food was top quality and very tasty. I will definitely be returning for a very relaxed warm welcome and luxurious stay

The hotel was very peaceful and relaxing. The pool was quite small, but it wasn't very busy so we always had time and space to swim. The food was very tasty, and there were quite a lot of options for everyone. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel also has an agreement with a local beach with sunbeds and a bar, it was quite nice there, staff were friendly but it was overpriced. Overall the hotel was fantastic value for money, I would highly recommend it for any couples travelling on a budget.
The hotel is a little far from any sightseeing, the old town was about 50 minutes by bus, and most other things were also quite far. The area is mainly hotels and beach bars, and due to this most places are quite overpriced.

Everything! Very polite people (most of all thank you Pinar for everything - you are a true gem!), very good food (fresh and tasty), the room was clean, clean terrace and pool. The owners/workers took care of the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility every day. A taxi could be arranged whenever we wanted. A Migros supermarket is not far away (by walk approx. 8 minutes). The beach was also not far away (10 minutes approx.), you need a note from the hotel reception before you can go there - then its free :-) There is no elevator in the building, but that was no problem for us. We had an all inclusive week and never got disappointed. We highly recommend this hotel if you don't like big and noisy five star hotels full of people but a smaller hotel with family-like feeling and heartful hosts. We'd like to come back another time for sure! THANK YOU, ESPERANZA HOTEL

Very nice place. Quiet enough for family stay. Food was excellent and varied. Staff was extra nice and overall experience was super. The price includes food and beverages but not alcohol - that keeps the regular party people out. There's 3 playgrounds just a minute away and bus stops just a few hundred meters away. For family with children it's excellent. We even had a fridge in the room.
Well... The toilet seat didn't stay up so using that was somewhat uncomfortable, and the flushing system didn't work properly. But I guess that was just one room. The shower is also rather narrow and water tends to go a bit too far so a bit of cleaning after shower was necessary. Minor things though.

Very good and tasty meals, good room, helpful staff. Especially the girl at the reception: she booked me a taxi, showed directions to the places I was interested to visit and took care of my stay in general.

It's a comfortable middle-class hotel with 24/7 availability of water, tea, and coffee on the ground floor, and the staff is polite and attentive.
On the second evening of my stay at the hotel, there was a banquet at the restaurant that resulted in an excessive amount of smoking. Whether they smoked inside or outside, the smell of smoking in my room to the point where it was unbearable and prevented me from sleeping. I woke up the next morning with a pounding headache and realized that I couldn't stay there any longer. Despite having paid for another day, I immediately left for a different hotel. I didn't bother explaining the situation to the owners; instead, I made sure to let them know through my actions that it was unacceptable to subject their guests to such conditions.

The location is near to the Lara Beach and the airport so its in a nice sweet spot if you want to catch a flight in off timings.
The room was spacious but the washroom was really small to fit in.

If compare price and service I would like say service was excellent. Very nice first meet me at later evening. Receptionist ordered me food, every morning he was making me Turkish coffee and giving advise if I was asking any questions. Breakfast was nice as well.

They didn't provide a normal breakfast, it was a very poor lunch box: some water, bread with 3 pieces of tomato, and the same amount of cucumber on soft sorted cheese and a bag of crisps.
At booking com they advertised that they have a transfer from the airport, they have English speaking staff. Indeed, nothing of that. In a room I stayed in wasn't hot water, and the drain in the shower room was blocked, so my sleepers floated to the bedroom. I had to ask them to change the room.
