The location is great,
There was some unfinished constructions, and the day light can't be blocked by windows so as soon as the sun comes up, the light enters the room and can be hard to stay asleep for a light sleeper like me,

Disappointing
It was very quiet and I felt totally safe -- the location offered easy access to both the Hadrian's Gate and the Luna Garden, the old city and the new city. I loved the night front desk old man--he was fun and called me "Arizona" --he had once lived in Tucson and I had lived in Sedona. It was an inexpensive room to stay in for a two nights experience in Old Town.
Grey walls in the bedroom. Cleaning supplies lining the hallway. The place is really funky and needs renovation. Where tiles had been replaced, they left gaps unfinished between the old and the new--etc.

My favourite place in Antalya, it is quiet there.
And there are two exits on the roof, it was wonderful!
We were offered a tasty watermelon which was lifesaving after the flight.

- Great location in the pedestrian part of the old town on a tiny side street, so quiet and close to all attractions
- Good facilities, well equipped kitchen
- Reasonable size studio with a separate kitchen and a nice room with windows on three sides, mine was on the top floor and had tremendous views over the mountains and the old town + a huge terrace, great for dinners and enjoying the sunset.

- water pressure in the shower was at times a bit low
- there often was a smell of smoke in the lobby and hallway, one could feel it even from the top floor. Fortunately, it didn't get into the room but would make sense if the staff who smoke did it in a separate room or outside the building as this smell is very obvious and unpleasant for non-smokers.

This was my dad's third time staying at this hotel, and he absolutely loves it. The location is unbeatable – right in the old city center, with supermarkets and everything you need just a short walk away. The room is comfortable, well-equipped, and has all the necessary facilities to make the stay pleasant.
What makes this place even more special is the host. My dad has built a great friendship with him, and his kindness and hospitality are truly outstanding. It’s a place that feels like home, and I’m sure we’ll be coming back again!
Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya!

Location in the old town
There was mold everywhere, mold in the bedroom and in the shower, dirty dishes, old bed linen in pellets, pieces of dirt floating in the kettle. There is an unpleasant smell in the rooms and in the corridor. It’s very cold in winter—the windows are all full of holes.

The staff were kind and helpful but spoke little English. Good central location. Room was spacious.
Room was cold, the window wouldn't close & a big gap under the door for draughts & cigarette smoke to come in. Severe smell of smoke. No extra blanket. No landline at reception, no drinking water. No management in sight.

Honestly, I was way better than any place I've stayed in the month I've spent in Antalya. The room was large, and it was tranquil. I'm hesitant to leave a review so it doesn't become overcrowded when I return to Antalya. I definitely will be staying if there again. Very affordable as well

Disappointing
Location was excellent...in the middle of the Old Town.
Safety and security was very good.
Staff was always available and kind.
The room was large - aboug 30-35m² with huge private terrace arround the appt.
The room was on the old building which is need of renovation, in particular lift and roof area.
The room was on the second floor using steep stairway.
The interior of building was smelly (like many parts of Antalya) because of many homeless street cats.
The terrace was not clean nor tidy.
There was very loud (via speakers) service from the nearby mosque(200m) in the early morning and later on the evening.
Bathroom didn't have proper shower.
Mosquitoes were nuisance every night.²
