Wonderful
Service, attention from the staff, punctuality, speed of work. All staff looks amazing, neatly clothed and well-trained. Good knowledge of several languages. Delicious food, good choice of drinks. Lots of beautiful cats and an amazing friendly dog. Cleaning was perfect everywhere
In shared WCs the trash bins and paper dispensers were sometimes old and rusty

Large facilities and a lot of space. Nice outside decorations and multiple pools to enjoy. Varied food selection and drinks from multiple bars.
The first night we found bed bugs in our room, while no one apologized they gave us a new room without an issue. The location might be disappointing given the closeness to the airport and frequency of flights. We knew this beforehand.
While we understand that the majority of tourists come from Russia, most of the staff address you in Russian and some just leave if you don't speak Russian.

Facilities are huge and plenty to do.
Room cleaning service was terrible, bathrooms smelled horrible and we saw alot of people grabbing food from the buffet with their hands. Food was pretty terrible and only two restaurants are available for dinner service which are fully booked and many dont get to eat there, only from main buffets.

Staff from the bar beach club and champagne bar were very nice!
Wifi in the room was not working, wifi around the pool was good. When we asked the reception for indigestion medication they were not able to provide. Food was very similar every night…. Most of the stuff didn’t speak English… only Russian… everyone was speaking in Russian with us assuming that we are from Russia straight away without asking. So the staff from the reception or Guest relations were not very helpful.

"Every single thing was perfect." My parents enjoyed their stay here and couldn't stop talking about how beautiful their room was and how delicious the foods. They also spoke about about the cleanliness all around the hotel and how welcoming and friendly the staff were. They mentioned enjoying the atmosphere and decors around the hotel. "It was beautiful"

Everything was amazing, it's exactly the resort anyone is looking for. The concept of their All Inclusive is different from anything we ever tried.
The food variety, quality and activities were excellent.
Not to mention the beautiful animals at the hotel, multiple dogs, many happy cats, turtles and a hedgehog. It was a really nice stay and we would definitely repeat.
The hotel is close to the airport and has shops and supermarkets just outside the gate.
Aybrek from reception was very nice and gave us a good room. Sude always got us all the nice beverages and we noticed that she's the most hardworking person working in her section. Definitely she needs more people working beside her.
Amazing hotel and highly recommend.
The water worked strangely in the room. Always hot and we kept trying to open the cold water which works sometime and another doesn't.
I noticed on our last day that the croissant was heated and not baked because it was hot outside but cold inside. and the baker didn't use gloves while serving it and touched many pieces with his hands.
We skipped the croissant afterwards but everything else was amazing.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel — beautiful interiors, clean and green grounds, and even turtles! The live music during lunch and in the afternoons was a lovely touch, and the pianist made our meals extra special. The food was tasty and offered plenty of variety.
Some small downsides:
1. lots of cats around, which made us a bit concerned about hygiene;
2. It was hard to find a sunbed because many were “reserved” with towels early in the morning.
3. The Mexican restaurant was a letdown — slow service and not great food. Honestly, a Turkish restaurant with authentic local dishes would have made much more sense!

room was supposed to be with a balcony but had a very small balcony, not enough for one chair. The room shower had a very weak hot water stream, desserts were not as that good

Although the staff were amazing people, I had sometimes difficulty communicating due to them not speaking English. They had Russian and German speaking staff, but when it came to English, very few understood. I think as a 5 star resort, more workers should know English.

My family and I stayed at this resort 4 nights (May, 2025). Nice resort, large and very well maintained gardens, several pools, plenty of space for sunbathing, several restaurants. I had a green room in the old building Club Sera. Very quite. Nice balcony with the red pool and sea view. Airplanes didn't bothered me at all because there were not many aircrafts flighting there. I loved this place. Very friendly, polite, and helpful staff. If I will get a chance, I will comeback here for longer stay.
People always find a reason to complain about anything. Airplanes makes noises :D but there are only few of them and only during daytime. It's not a big deal. Another thing is that after 23:00 there are difficult to find some food to eat. Some food served during night time in the main building restaurant but there is a very poor choice. Because I don't eat after midnight therefore I have nothing to complain about.

Everything was perfect. Food, room, pools, personell... Overall i have no complaints about the Hotel. Everything was thought of and everyone was friendly. I would visit the hotel again. They throwing enourmous recources to accommodate the guests and organise all sort of events for them.
