It’s my second stay here, as always - very welcoming, perfect! Amazing hospitality and location, supermarkets, beach, bus stops, bars - everything is nearby! Rooms are very well equipped.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Lots of choice for bars and restaurants. Close to the beautiful beach.
Could do with slight maintenance, for example, the toilet roll holder 2as broken and the shower was not attached to the wall.
Occasionally noisy at night from the local bar playing loud music.

The property was in a good location and was good for the price.
The office staff were really helpful and accommodating.
The cleaners don’t really come to your room to clean unless you ask them?

During the winter season, it's maybe the best place around, inexpensive prices here and in the nearby markets, and no much nightlife in the bars and restaurants nearby. It wouldn't be so quiet in summer time.
The most serious problem was occasional blackouts in local area; luckily, they were no longer than 15-30 min. In the future, the electricity network in this district should be improved.

Great location, close to the beach. Shops and restaurants just around the corner. Small kitchen but you still can cook if needed. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. WiFi was a bit slow in the evening, but during the day was fast - good enough to work remotely. Free parking. Really nice place to stay!
It was hard to park nearby, especially Friday night. The street is narrow, our car was damaged one night. Lift was frequently occupied by cleaning personel, not a big issue though.

The reception staff were outstanding—they went above and beyond to assist us with our requests and answered all of our questions warmly and professionally. Their exceptional service was the highlight of our stay.
I was disappointed to find that the quality has declined significantly since my last stay here 2-3 years ago. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, and there was an unpleasant odor that impacted our comfort.

location
nobody clean room and change towels 3 days, water leaking everywhere (shower, kitchen, walls), rusted washing machine, photos of the room do not meet expectations. Room was in underground floor with so destroyed walls and pieces of cement in bathroom. Really terrible room.

Very nice small hotel located in a pretty quite area close (10 min walk) to the beach. The room is clean and well maintained.
For breakfast we were offered vouchers for one of the cafes nearby, the breakfasts were magnificent - definitely recommend getting them!
Beside that cafe, there are a lot of places to eat/go around the hotel.
We had minor issues with shower in the bathroom - showerhead couldn't be hanged on the wall properly because hanger was broken and the shower pipe was not secured to the wall so we got the impression that it's going to fall off.

The staff was kind and helped us whenever we needed. But unfortunetly they couldn't give us a nicer apartment.
Small apartment with dirty bathroom, kitchen, walls,
the sheets and towels smelled weird, the toilet seat wasn't fixed to the toilet, the bed had a weird beam emerging from the sides (I often hit them with my legs)..

Location is great apart is nice there’s everything that you need in rooms
We stayed there for 1 week, they cleaned room only once, one day before our leave. I had to clean room myself during the holiday
