Location is perfect.
Unfortunately the bed sheets where all stained.
Shower was all mould and not clean, and a horrible smell.
Curtains all dirty.
I dont like to complain but this needs addressed.. Ive stayed at accommodation within this price range and it wasnt dirty or had any issues

This is our second time coming. Lovely friendly staff. Possible minor issues are resolved instantly. We arrived early at 11 o'clock and were checked in earlier - the apartment was ready and no one asked for extra payment. . Good location close to the gorgeous promenade and beach.
no coffee maker in the kitchen. I don't think it's expensive. The electricity goes out periodically - but this is probably a problem for all hotels in the area. There is a specific smell in the basement apartments - you need to ventilate them periodically.

The location is perfect, close to the sea and restaurants. The breakfast at the Shakespeare was delicious!
Unfortunately the stay didn't reach the expectations we had. The shower floor was one of the dirtiest I have ever seen in my whole life. Full of mold and dirt. The water didn't go down the shower floor drain and after two minutes of shower, you have literally five centimeters of filthy water on your feet. Disgusting! The extra bed made from the sofa is not usable at all. Not even for kids. At some point during the night I even thought that it would be more comfortable to sleep on the sun bed at the pool... The floor was not clean at all, it was all sticky and you can see that it hasn't been cleaned properly. Shame, we really wanted to enjoy this place.

I liked the location. It was very close to the beach, cafes and transport. I liked the pool which was clean and had all amenities like showers and beds. The area was shaded and I felt comfortable and safe relaxing there. The breakfast provided by the cafe was very nourishing, so good job providing an easy process to have quality breakfasts. The room had everything one needs to live. We often used the kitchen, so we found no problems using all the amenities.
The area is loud, so at night, I had to fall asleep with the music in the background which impacted my sleep quality. The sofa beds in the living room/kitchen are very uncomfortable. It is a subjective opinion, but it was way harder than average sofas and if you lie at the side, you can fall. When we moved in, the room was not clean enough (dust on the shelves, chewing gum next to the door, sticky/wet floor). The furniture needs to be updated. Some drawers are barely holding, the sink and toilet cover are unstable and keep moving while using, and the shower easily gets clogged leading to a small pond in the bathroom.

The location and swimming pool. Also regular cleaning. The staff were polite and very efficient. The breakfast was very good.
Dampness in the basement flat as we booked 2 flats. The smell did become overwhelming at times.

The location was perfect.
Rooms were not cleaned for the 4 days we were there along with fresh towels, had to ask which is fine. Bathroom could do with a refresh as was dirty and not clean. Bed linen had stains on it

Perfect location close to restaurants and beach. Nice balcony with view to the sea and mountains. Sweetest lady Cevin in reception always smiling.
Very small area around the pool, not a lot of sun.
Breakfast is not at the hotel, but at a nearby Diner, where it's cheaper to just buy it.

- The location is excellent. The beach is nearby (only 5 minutes walking) and plenty of restaurants to choose from (I recommend Shakespeare and the nearby Bakery). - It's small but usable, so it's decent value for money, but I expected somewhat more from it. - There's a washing machine. - Each room has an AC.
- It wasn't very clean. We had to clean the floors ourselves. I would highly recommend to staff to increase the frequency of cleaning (It's only done every 3 days) and to make sure to clean it deeply. - Beds aren't comfortable at all. - The actual size is much different than advertised. The booking listing says the size of the apartment is 55 sqm but it's only around 30. The bathroom is quite small and cramped. Also, forget about all the views listed, you can't really see the sea from the location, etc. - The washing machine is old and loud.

Compact all in one place. The studio apartment quite convenient as all available. The location is really good. Beach is near by. Pool although small but done the job for us. I would recommend this for a stay with own cooking facilities witch is what we needed staying with a toddler.
Shower room could use some deep clean and we didn't have nothing to clean floor with. It's not complaint just a note maybe.
